"I emailed Enviro through No Cowboys and Bryce called me then came out within 2 hours to check an ongoing problem with our tile roof around the chimney that only appears after bad storms.
He was extremely thorough with his explaination (including photos) of where he thought the problem may lie and made some adjustments with silicon and the chimney flashing while onsite - even going back up onto the roof to replace a cracked tile as we had spares available, so didn't need the tile he supplied.
Bryce explained his charging clearly, was efficient and thoughtful in his approach and manner and I would call him again (though fingers crossed we won't need to for this particular issue!)."

"Really pleased with the repair work Bryce did with a leak in our concrete roof tile. A previous roofing company we had contacted took one look at the discoloured patch on the ceiling, looked at the roof and said it was an oil bubble that should just be painted over, despite the patch continuing to grow in size. After the latest heavy downpour a new patch of discolouration appeared and we were really worried about the apparent roof leak and state of the ceiling, especially with winter on the way. We contacted Enviro Roof Control via the website at the end of the week and received a prompt reply from Bryce, who was able to fit our job in on the Monday, which is what you want to hear when you have a leak in the roof. Bryce lifted up the roof tiles, climbed into the roof space and discovered the hairline crack in the underside of a tile and repaired it. He gave the option of replacing the tile (which would be a more expensive job) in the future if we were still concerned about the roof / ceiling, and to keep an eye on the ceiling over the next six months before going ahead and tidying up the ceiling paint to make sure the leak repair is stable. If we do decide to go ahead with replacing the tile, Bryce said the cost of the repair work he has just done will be deducted from the new tile job. He provided photos of the outside and underside of the damaged tile for our reference so we could see exactly what had been worked on and gave feedback and helpful info about our roof. Really appreciate the excellent communication, expertise and very reasonable pricing of the job, without someone saying we would need to undertake more expensive replacement work when a repair is suitable and appropriate. Based on our experience, we would easily recommend Enviro Roof Control."

"Work required was replacing several damaged concrete tiles, one ridge tile/pointing and anti-mould treatment.

Bryce was very responsive - came round within a couple of hours and provided quotes and photos of the damaged tiles that needed replacements the same day.
He gave good advice and avoided recommending any unnecessary or additional expensive work.
The work was done a week or so later, the whole process was very easy and Bryce was friendly and communicated well."

"With a couple of weeks leading up to Xmas, Bryce communicated with us directly after i texted him. The next day he came to inspect our roof and within a week the job was done. "Job was quoted quickly and was done quicker thank what I expected. I was been told 4 weeks waiting time. Bryce seems like a very experienced roof guy, he knew the previous roof guy has been come few times and tried to fixed my leak problem years ago. the communication was good, took pictures and explaining to me the reason leaking and how he fixed. I only got a quote and it was double of the price I paid to the roof guy in 2016. Felt he is the right person so accepted the quote. It will be very valuable for the money if the leak never happen again. Time will tell.

"During a huge storm in Covid Level 4 we had a roof leak - I contacted Bryce the next day via email and he phoned straight away. In saying this I contacted three other places at the same time of whom none have responded still. So Bryces communication was amazing. He offered to come out as soon as possible, and we decided to wait until Level 3 as it wasn't a huge leak - he made contact as soon as possible and came out quickly. "I took the recommendation of previous posts from no cowboys and can say Im glade I did. We thought we might have had a leak and got two people to look at it. The first outfit didn't point out that there wasn't atually a leak just wrong paint used on ceiling and quoted 5K to fix and resurface the roof. I then contacted Bryce for a second quote as wanted to make sure and Bryce was straight up and advised there was no leak and the resurfacing was not required just the replacement of some tiles and repointing. Wouldn't use anyone else but these guys going forward. Quick to respond and quick to repair. In the end our job was not as big as we thought but Enviro roofing still took on the work. Highly recommend."

"I had a leak coming through the ceiling at a rental property. Bryce discussed the job by phone and advised how I could tell if it was most likely to be the roof rather than the plumbing. We arranged to meet the following morning as the tenant was not able to be there. He was at the premises early and quickly ascertained that a few roof tiles looked to be the culprits and replaced them. He also removed the ceiling insulation, towel dried the area and replaced the insulation. At the same time he found three splits in the lead flashing in a different area and repaired those advising they may need looking at every two years. Excellent prompt, very professional and friendly service all for under $200 incl gst which is very reasonable. Thanks Bryce!"

After the job has been done, he even took photos for me so that I do not need to climb up to the roof the check them out. All broken tiles are replaced and the roof is as new as it was built. "I had a leak that made itself known after the consistent heavy rains a little while ago.

Not having had a roofer in before, I selected Bryce after the first roofer I contacted, to my total disbelief didn't work with concrete tiles.

Apparently, versatility in this instance, isn't universal. :-)

Bryce was a complete pleasure to communicate with. He was prompt, efficient and also advised me on some work that I'd need to consider for the future, but he left it there, and was "not" pushy at all.

I completely respect and appreciate this virtue.

Bryce gave me a detailed quote, which I reviewed and once I had decided, I asked him to go ahead with the repairs.

Bryce called to confirm when he would do the repairs and did a good and, "very neat" job.

He is completely trustworthy and I have "every" confidence you will get an honest quote, and any relevant concerns adequately answered.
