    "Chris has shown professionalism and a great work ethic when he attended to my plumbing / maintenance issues, he has been called out to our townhouse on two occasions.
    We were impressed with his competencey to investigate and repair our leaking ceiling, another thing that impressed me was his charge out fee, it was honest and very reasonable. We will use Essential Plumbing again because of Chris’s prompt and efficient service.

    "We were in the middle of a bathroom reno and we needed a lot more work than originally anticipated, we needed help to take over from another guy who didn't seem to know how to fix our problem (too hard basket). Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him.

    "We called Essential Plumbing and Gas for an emergency job as we suspected a gas leak in our home. Essential Plumbing and Gas sent the plumber, Chris Byrne, to rectify the problem. He was fast, professional and got the job done efficiently. He delivered! On top of that he explained everything that I needed to know. He also issued a certificate of compliance to guarantee his work. I've used many plumbers before and nobody has been as professional as this guy. His job gives you peace of mind… that your house is safe and the job is done properly. I would recommend him to others who need any gas job done. My advice is don't go to those cheap ones that are not trustworthy...I have learned my lesson. They don't do a good job and they are probably not even qualified and you would end up paying even more. Essential Plumbing and Gas is definitely the best solution I have found."

    "For goodness sake never use this plumber. Our renovation which could have been completed in a weeks time took 3 weeks because of him as he was not free to come to finish his job. And when he was done there was a fault with the shower - no hot water. When we called him urgently he informed any plumber could do his job and that he was free to come only next week and never even considered trying even though we said it was urgent. Absolute shocking service! No one in their right mind will call… this plumber. I'm putting in my review so others are warned and can avoid the stress and hassle we went through because of this plumber. Better still You need to remove him from your list."
