"Ryan recently replaced a few sections of my timber weatherboards, and I would highly recommend him.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner, his workmanship is excellent.
His pricing is affordable, and the final invoice matched his quote exactly.
I also found Ryan extremely easy to talk to — he explains things patiently and in a way that makes them easy for me to understand. He is very trustworthy, and I felt completely comfortable having him on my property.

"Ryan undertook a wide range of building work (repairs to roof, removal of old kitchen and internal walls, arranged and oversaw trades (plumber, electrician, tiler, painter) in relation to services to new kitchen layout, built new floor in kitchen and adjoining dining room and installed cooker air extraction pipework through ceiling and roof).
Meticulous, attention to detail, good communicator, well priced work, expenditure was close to estimate and excellent personal work ethic. Highest rating possible."

"I contacted 5 different businesses to ask for quotes. Ryan responded promptly. I arranged for 3 others to have a look at the job and give a quote. Out of those 1 came and never sent a quote thru (despite being reminded), 1 gave us a ridiculous quote and 1 didn't turn up at the time that they chose. Ryan turned up on time, confirmed the other quote was 3 times as much as reasonable and sent thru an affordable quote straight away. He did the job in the time he expected and there were no surprises with the bill. It was such a relief after getting the run around by the others. Ryan was a pleasant guy, very professional and we would hire him again as well as recommend him to my elderly mother because I know he wouldn't rip her off."

"Ryan came and renovated our Villas 4th bedroom into a bathroom, starting with demolition, then onto realigning wall studs, nogs, moving doors and creating cavity sliders, then creating a new ceiling. He liaised with the plumbers and electricians then had the tilers come in. He then finished off detailing.

Consent was given by Auck council...happy days, job completed very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Ryan and Fine Edge Construction."
