"I would highly recommend Dean to anyone looking for a plumber. We had a leak in our shower, but live overseas and rent the property back home. For what was quite a stressful situation for us, we are so grateful that were able to trust and rely on Dean to fix it for us so well. Dean fixed the issue, which involved replacing a wall, re-water-proofing, and re-tiling the shower. He was able to complete the job very fast, was flexible working around our tenant, and also super communicative with us. "It's Friday night after 5.30pm and water starts appearing in the hallway carpet. Oh no... surely not; yes, it's the hot water cylinder leaking. A quick look shows a hot water spray around the element area.Turn off the tank water supply. Look for a plumber available NOW. Dean and his partner were heading out to a BBQ, but he was at the door in half an hour. Checked everything - new cylinder needed (25 years old). Dean emptied the tank, plugged the water supply inlet so we can use cold water again. Saturday morning he's at the door to remove the old tank, then heads out for a new one. By mid-day the new tank is operational and the old one gone. Excellent work, great attitude, a pleasure to work with. And very reasonable charges. Thanks Dean!!"

"We had problem with what turned out to be the valve in the hot water cylinder. We had to keep turning the water mains on and off for 3 weeks while trying to get a plumber to fix it for us. We got Dean's name from the No Cowboy's site after being let down by 2 other plumbers. He came within 2 hours of our call and did a great job. Very professional, helpful and informative. "I discovered water over the floor in the toilet/bathroom! I searched 'No Cowboys' and found Fix It Plumbing ( Dean ) had excellent references so contacted him!
What a great experience- professional and prompt and Dean sorted the problem ( internal pipe burst!! - so a tricky one!) He was reassuring and excellent with his communication on the job ( he had to cut the wall!) and left everything tidy on completion.
He was also happy to check and sort a few other plumbing maintenance issues on the spot.
I would confidently recommend his Company and of course call him for any future property plumbing problems"

"I had a leak under the kitchen sink and by 10.30am realised I had better get a plumber, the sooner the better. Contacted Fixit Plumbing, they said yes they can do the job, will come between 2-3pm. The man (Dean) came early, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, He also checked all other pipe connections under the sink in case they were loose or leaking.
Dean is keen to help you, cheerful, communicates well, answers the phone, comes on time, gave me a clear and accurate price over the phone and by text. And he kept to that price. Should there be a need for follow-up, he is very happy to do that.

"Made a panicked call to Dean at 2.20pm after a water pipe burst in our bathroom. He came at 3.45pm on his way home (arrived exactly as he'd texted) and replaced the tap quickly and efficiently. His communication and manner were efficient and pleasant. "We only had a small job which required hinges on a toilet seat being replaced. We had no access to the base of the hinges so were unsure how to proceed.
