Rafi and his team were easy to deal with and were extremely agile with the changes that we had during the construction phases. The advice was sound, the guidance with what to do and ideas along the way were awesome, and the workmanship and professionalism of the team… were next level while also extremely competitive on pricing.

They stayed on task and on time during construction and kept a clean work site, communications were clear and prompt, while managing a few other tradies that were in and out for different parts of the construction processes.

It was fantastic dealing with a single point person that managed the entire process for us from start to end, regardless of the job required. This meant we could leverage their trusted partner tradies to do the plumbing, air conditioning, electrical work, etc - saving us from sourcing our own and managing schedules for each. This was needed for me especially with me looking for a one stop shop solution and not having to re-explain the project and requirements to each tradie.

In summary, Rafi and the Auckland City Building team will be our default builders going forward, as it was just a breeze to deal with, and their caring attitude to our needs was simply a requirement that we didn’t realise was so important. A true partner relationship in an area that we really needed a partner, not just a builder/supplier.
