He was extremely helpful on the phone and followed up with email contact. He made suggestions of suitable rangehoods and we emailed back and forth a couple of times in relation to scheduling and rangehood selection.
Once we arranged a suitable date, Lance arrived on time and did an outstanding job.
All in all a hassle free interaction and… installation. Lance did a very good job of installing the hood and ran 5m of ducting through the roof space to a soffit vent.

Before he arrived he clearly indicated his costs and what to expect in terms of time and requirements for a normal install so I knew what was involved from the start.

100%"I gave Lance a rather challenging job of installing our range hood ducting through the top of the cupboard space, not on top. The ducting then ran outside through the side of the house. It\'s a long story but for athestic reasons we couldn\'t run the ducting straight up or on top of the cupboards. Lance turned up on time and did an excellent job and cleaned up throughly.
