"Marc and Caleb were exceptional, very professional in their approach to how the job was done. What 'blew' me away was how they were able to manouver a huge couch that was awkward from a two-storey house to ground in what could easily have been done in "seconds" ....but in reality it was minutes and certainly deserving of a medal.
I will definitely recommend Marc and Caleb again because the whole experience from start to finish was done in a way that very little explaining was needed and they just got on with the job."

"We worked with Marc during the lockdowns which made the move from Wellington to Auckland very difficult. There was a lot of unknowns and changes during this time due to the lockdown levels shifting. But Marc kept us informed, worked with us and made sure we had everything under control.

"Marc and his team were awesome. So quick, and great technique. I had a glass balustraded staircase to negotiate, some wallpapered walls, and quite a lot of awkward things to pack and shift.

There was no structural damage, or breakages, and all done so competently I only needed to worry about the “other end” being ready. (Spoiler - they weren’t)!

I’ll need to move again this year, and I will be straight back to Frontline to move me again."

"Due to lockdown and the uncertainty of when we could move, Marc had rebooked our move date several times and always tried to accomodate our preferred date and time. His responses to our communication were prompt and we always knew what was happening. He arrived promptly on the moving date as per the prearranged time and him and Adam were like a well oiled machine. He took the stress out of the move and all items were undamaged. "Totally awesome! Couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they loaded and unloaded, but still taking real care, for example worrying our old desk might not travel well so helping us dismantle it to make it safer. Also placed all the furniture in sensible places in the new house, not just randomly in the middle of the room. Very good price for such a good service, and really nice guys too. I have already recommended to friends and wouldn’t use anyone else now."

Out of all the changes associated with this, physically moving property was the one thing that was easy - due to Frontline Moves. Organising this, the pre warning about how far away they were On move day, their cheeriness, swiftness to empty the old home and load the new home with things exactly where you want it and all plugged in and ready to go, the careful packing of property in the truck were beyond what I expected. It was especially important to use to have the right people help us as we were moving out of town and have 6 month old baby to juggle too.

On the day, the guys arrived ready to go. They were super professional, easy to work with and allowed me to get on with feeding and entertaining our little one while the house was emptied.

"I phoned Marc after learning there was no truck arranged for my daughters shift from Lower Hutt to Hawkes Bay.
The properties were both supposed to settle the next day.
Marc arranged to change a few appointments, loaded the truck Thursday pm then left the furniture in storage over the weekend delivering it promptly on Monday morning at its new address.
Marc and his men also provided light hearted entertainment for the supervising 4 yr old while unloading.

The communication was clear and prompt all the time.
They carried out the work without complain and break. I offered them few times for break , lunch or use the bathroom, they said there was no need. For 5 hours, they just kept on working!
I chose to pack everything by myself , didn't wrap up my bed and sofa, however, Marc didn't damage or let them get dirty, so this is fine, but do recommond other people don't forget to wrap up your own bed and sofa. or mention this to Marc before moving.
Marc and his team made our moving smoothly and trouble free!

"The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. On the day of the move Mark phoned to let me know that he was finishing the job he was at and would be at my place shortly.
Mark and his partner were friendly and efficient. I was nervous about moving my glass china cabinet as it used to belong to my mother. I later noticed it had been wrapped up so well, it probably would have survived being thrown off a 10 storey building!

"We used Frontline mover to move our 2 bedroom house and couldn't even happier we chose them. We were very impressed with how well they packed and treated our bulky and fragile items. They are lovely people, were on time, professional and efficient. Not too pricy so great value for money. We've now thrown out our wrapping materials because we will use them again in the future!"

"It's been a year since I last used these guys, and last year and this year they were consistently the same. With the same good service, communications, ability to do the job well. Even though I didn't rate the 100% on the arriving on time, I realise that this can be difficult to judge because the location of either houses of the previous job, so this is the only reason, but boy did they make up for it. I look forward to using them again in about 8 months time when we move into our new home. I would recommend them to everyone who needs to move."

"Frontline are absolutely the best movers I've deal with over the years - efficient, professional and careful.
Their communication was excellent and price was excellent.
They packed our kitchen and glassware, in quick time but didn't skimp on the packaging and there was zero breakage or damage.
We would definitely use them again, and have no hesitation recommending them to others and have already passed on their details to our friends who will be moving around X-mas time.

"Frontline are absolutely top rank movers - polite, efficient, and careful. We would definitely use them again, and have no hesitation recommending them to others.
They arrived early and got stuck in straight away, completing the unload at the new place in what seemed like record time. No corners cut or hassles along the way - they checked and followed our requirements throughout. We have a very large couch and electronic keyboard that had been difficult for previous movers, but was easily managed by Frontline.
