I saw from the outset, from your approach to the job, that you take pride in your work. You also went the extra mile to make sure the job was well done, and indeed it was. But that is only the half of it. You were in and out with a minimal of disruption to ourselves, 3 of us studying and working from home, and we had no concerns about you integrity and decency. "Farhan and the team from FSM Housing really stepped up to help me last minute. I had attempted my own paint repair job and made a complete mess of my wall, with two days left of my tenancy I contacted Farhan and he was able to get the job done beautifully! As a last minute request I thought his communication and efficiency in the job really made a difference to my stress levels. The wall looks like nothing even happened - perfect for my bond check when leaving the property.

"Farhan is a really professional guy, and from my own experience when he and his team did painting and remedial work on my home, I realise that he goes the extra distance for his clients, providing good advice and support throughout the job. "We had Farhan pop over to come patch up a hole in our wall. He was so friendly and let my kids ask him a million questions about what he was doing. He completed the job super quickly and it looks amazing! He was clean and tidy and left the garage looking cleaner than it was when he started. "It is my pleasure to write a reference for Farhan.He is helpful, down to earth, skillful, passionate about his work and clean with a charming presonality.
Farhan was refered to me as an excellent painter. So I had high expectation of excellent work when I asked him to paint my kitchen. He presented a very detailed quotation with the price of each item. I was impressed with how organised he seemed to be. And after our agreement I mentioned to him that the walls of the kitchen needed some… patch up plastering that my builder left unfinished. Farhan agreed without hesitation. He arrived on time. Farhan has a very polite, calm and confident attitude that makes you feel immediatly that you can trust him and that he knows his profession inside out. Farhan started the work immediatly. He covered all the furniture of the room properly and started preparing the room for the paint. It turned out that the plasterwork, that my builder left undone, was much more additional work than Farhan had initially excpected. However he carried on without complain and did an excellent job. When I suggested to give him more money to compansate for the additional work he refused point blank and also refused to cut any corners that I suggested instead.

He worked over the weekend and the public holiday to finish the job. I am very happy with how smooth and neat the walls of my kitchen now looks. And I will definitely ask Farhan to do more work for me in the future as painters like him are very rare to find. Farhan did met my expectation and went beyond. Thank you Farhan."

"We were putting our house on the market and Farhan came and repaired / painted our concrete block fence and did some painting work in the interior of the house. His attention to detail was excellent and he has a good work ethic. He also tidied up after completion of his work, and pretty much got the work done on schedule."
