  "had my car checked for wof on 9-07-13 by Gavin Shute in person during the inspection he informed me my power steering fluid needed topping up and it would cost $2 or $3 fine I said he then carried on with the inspection until coming to the headlights and quickly said one needed adjusting alarm bells rang as he has done this many times before and I had become quite concerned he was ripping me off so I watched him very closely he put the machine in front of the car put his hand in side the hood… and pulled it like he had been bitten by something he adjusted nothing he didn't even check the other headlight he finished the inspection issued the wof then presented me with an account for $70.00 wof $50( usual) fluid $10 his quote was $2 to $3 Plus $10 light adjustment I quickly told him what I thought and he has lost a good long term customer was it a rip off I believe so he will never get another chance"
