"Had these guys in to replace a side window. They didn't bother to alert us that it would be a good idea to put a drop sheet down to cover our furniture or floor, before they started. Therefore the glass and shards flew everywhere when it was smashed inwards from the outside. Leaving a great mess over everything, for us to clean up. Good tip - tell them to clean it up before they walk off."

"Had our kitchen remodelled and Shane came around to advise on what type of Splashback we needed - we took Shane's advice on colour and type of glass and we are extremely pleased we did - it looks fabulous - was very pleased with the job and everything was left clean and tidy - would recommend this firm to anyone."

"I own an old villa in Ponsonby. I called Shane because someone had tried to break in and broke the glass in the bathroom window.

He answered the phone straight away and sent Callum around the next morning. Callum recommended a new sash because the old one was rotted, and nailed a piece of plywood over the window to secure it. They were nice enough not to charge for coming out.

Later on I got a new sash made by Western Joinery and Shane came and put the new glass in. He was easy to get hold of and easy to schedule in, he had the glass ready and put it in really fast and neatly.

I would definitely recommend Shane, he was super friendly and helpful and bailed me out in an emergency!"

"Called the guys, they turned up in a short time had the window fixed and ready to leave in 20 minutes. They gave me a few options of different glass they could replace it with. Good price too."

"I rang Shane on a Monday morning in the hopes of finding a glazier willing to fix a small residential window at short notice, expecting to have to wait around for hours until someone was available. Shane was not only able to come around on the same day, but fixed the window from the outside without me needing to be there. He left the window secure and his workmanship was fantastic - better than the original fitting. The job went exactly as he said it would and the rough price estimate he gave over the phone was bang on.
Top notch service indeed!"

"Always really good prompt service, good prices and you wouldn't even know he's been - with absolutely no mess. Trustworthy and honest. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Our cat took out the catdoor and glass around it - Shane came and replaced the window and cat door with no glass left lying around."

"I initially contacted another firm (that is also on No Cowboys!) based closer to the job site, but they weren't even slightly interested. By contrast, Shane could not have been more helpful. The job was at a flat so tenants were involved, but all was arranged by phone and everyone was happy. The cost was very reasonable compared with other glass repairers I have used previously. I highly recommend this firm for communication, quality, service and price."

"We needed 4 windows reputtied and a few glazed. Out of 6 glaziers I rang, one refused to quote, one said they would and never came, two came but never rang back and one quoted more than twice the price Shane did. They were all squeamish about chipping out the old putty. Shane on the other hand came when he said he would and quoted even though I forgot to leave a note about what had to be done. The friendly man he sent quickly chipped out ALL the putty, caught most of the mess with a tarp and didn't break any glass in the process."
