"Saied was recommended to us by a family friend who was a builder and we are so glad we took him up on the work. We have subsequently used him for multiple jobs and he will forever be my first choice for building work for the following reasons:
1) He always turns up on time, every day
2) His communication is excellent - for any work outside of scope, he will let you know of unexpected findings, find out the costs, and provide you a quote as well as justification for additional expenses… before undertaking any work - so there are no surprises

3) His workmanship is excellent and he has great attention to detail

4) He works very hard, rain or shine, works full days and pushes through to get the job done with no complaints

5) He's super friendly and easy to deal with and replies to emails/calls/texts promptly

I would happily recommend Golden Hammer to anyone (and have done). Check out the photos attached for the amazing deck he did for us, notably cheaper than another quote we got"

"Saeid completed multiple projects at our house - sliding door in bathroom, bathroom fans in two bathrooms, plug points in bathrooms. All jobs were completed with the highest quality and the cost is very reasonable. I would recommend Saeid for any jobs and would hire him again for future jobs. Thank you!"
