"So pleased you have all had good service , sadly mine from Karl turned out a disaster, oh so disappointed .Had a written quote but he was not happy to stand by the quote ,just wanted to keep charging me more, made the mess but not happy to finish job unless I paid more . To me a written quote is a contract . I am in my 80's but I am not stupid and will not be taken for a fool . Told me he was a landscape gardener and that he now charges by the metre and proceeded to go around the garden with… a tape measure.!!! I did ask him if he was going to finish the job he started and clean up his mess . His answer NO . . Hence the review I am leaving . I paid him a good deal of money in cash for the work he had started"

"Client wanted us to do 3 months of maintenance work on a quarter acre+, sloped section for only $150+GST, including things we never originally quoted for such as planting - all of which wasn't possible. Client then declined our updated quote (original had expired), started making unrealistic demands and was unpleasant to deal with, so we decided not to work with her. She then persisted with threats of bad reviews unless we complied with her demands. And is now leaving a baseless review... 4 months later on a... Friday evening? We did do a landscaping job for this person, which was left in pristine condition (before and after photos available). We received a 5 star review on a platform from this client for this, signifying the end of that work (anyone interested can find that on our Bark profile). No other work was started, no mess was made. A quote for separate maintenance expired and client wanted to hold us to that quote, even if it meant us losing money. Not very considerate or realistic. We're confident that the majority of our reviews speak for themselves."

"Delighted to find Greenlight through No Cowboys site. Owner Karl offered a very fair quote to clear the jungle on our property which had overgrown post landslip and flooding in early 2024. Most of the hard graft was done by Hayden and Malcolm with Karl assisting a half day. It was very hard ground and much hidden in the undergrowth. The men were very courteous and referred any ‘finds’ amongst the weeds as to whether ‘keepers’
Hardworking, good communicators and honest about what needed… doing. My wasteland is now tidy and ready for a little planting ! Thank you Greenlight !"

"I used Greenlight Property Maintenace to trim over grown plants in my garden. Communication with Karl was excellent and he did exactly what we discussed. In addition to the doing the agreed work he kindly removed garden waste I had stored in my shed and removed weeds from my driveway at no extra charge. I would gladly use Greenlight's services again."
