  "Josh was an excellent painter, focussing with care on the many small touch-ups we asked for around our house. He warned us from the start that it could be quite a long wait before he could fit our rather fiddly job into his schedule, but he kept in touch, so we always knew we were still on his books, and he arrived to begin the job when he said he would. He was frank and honest, considerate in moving through our home/living spaces over the course of a week, and we found him very pleasant… company.
  
  We would use Josh again, without hesitation, and we warmly recommend him."

  "Josh was an amazing tradesperson to have in our home! He painted the entire interior of our home as well as my inlaws flat, and it hadnt been touched for 18 years. The quality is so great, it looks fantastic now..so much better! So reliable, trustworthy and a nice person to have around. Communication was great we never had to think when he was coming or if he would turn up. Very tidy and moved things around as he needed to so that made it so easy for us!! Understood my sensitivity with paint… odour and worked around that. Having someone in your home for over 6 weeks almost everyday is quite an adjustment, but Josh was very patient, and put us at ease.   "This is the fourth time we have used Greg & Josh's services. This time was the biggest job yet. We had until a few weeks ago a stained cedar house. You may know that staining needs to be done every four years or so. As I get older I am concerned at this ongoing need, so we commissioned them to paint the entire weatherboards, as well as the base, which is really high on one side, because of the steep section. Also the surfeits. What a marvellous result, the house is transformed. Greg… and Josh, did many extras for no extra charge within the original quote, painting extra bits to match, such as the down-pipes, etc - plus a red front door (6 coats!). Enough of my rambles, suffice to say we thoroughly recommend them."

  "Greg and his son, partner, are the perfect painters. Easy to say, but, oh, so accurate a description. We had used their services twice for our previous home in Glenfield, where they did a great job ! Greg advised us about aspects of this new project. Also we were a bit concerned as we had new carpets laid not too long ago, but not a problem. I think that the drop sheets are there for show as I don't think they dropped much, if any paint. They are both tall and reaching the architraves was… easy. We shared a few coffees and left over Christmas cake, some good stories. Because we knew them and had confidence we left them with ease in our home to go to our yoga etc. With no hesitation Judy and I recommend them."

  "Greg Dowd and son, Josh have just completed painted our home both inside and outside. We love our 'new' home! They were a pleasure to have around. They were punctual and always arrived with such a cheerful disposition, it made a great start to the day. I could trust them completely so could take off shopping etc and know they were taking care of our home. Their work was to a very high standard with great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. They communicated with me every step… of the way. I really appreciated the time they took with me advising on the right colour to reflect light more as some rooms were quite dark but now they are full of light. One of the darker rooms was the kitchen which they lightened significantly and even artistically painted the tiles on the backsplash to complement the new feature wall.The outcome is fantastic and we are very appreciative of their skilled work. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them."

  "I waited a long time to get this job done because I did not want to get just anyone. Was very keen to get someone recommended by a friend. Greg was recommended by a friend who said he was busy and we might have to wait. This was not a worry for us as we just wanted no worries. He gave us a quote which seemed okay to us and I felt very comfortable with his approach. We had agreed that he supply the paint and we decided on colour. The painting was done when he said he would do it and he and… his son did a great job. In the meantime my wife and I decided that we would like a couple of small extra jobs done so we just asked him to do them and add the cost (whatever !). In the end the total cost was very good and the extra seemed not to cost much at all so we presume that the main job must have taken less time than he estimated.
  
  To anyone who just wants a great job done with no hassle then I thoroughly recommend Greg and his son. Sorry I can't remember the son's name though we were introduced.
  
  We are not friends or relatives of Greg as we did not know them before."
