About us
GutterCare has been taking care of customer Gutter installation, maintenance and other exterior cleaning needs in the broader Auckland area for over a decade across both residential and commercial property sectors. Over this time, we've worked hard to develop a strong market presence and reputation as a great business to deal with.
What we do
We know that we're only ever going to be as good as our last job and both understand and appreciate the responsibility clients place on us when trusting us to work on their properties. We believe we're great at all things gutter and also provide quality exterior cleaning solutions to our clients. We're happy to work with any profile or gutter material and have established relationships with a number of gutter manufactures. We are a preferred installer for Marley and their uvpc gutter systems. When it comes to whether to repair or replace, we listen to client needs and will always try to accommodate put forward appropriate solutions. To avoid conflicts of interest and also assist with quality control, we don't employ sales staff or sub contractors. Our pricing is fixed and quotes and recommendations are provided free of charge and no obligation on a client's part.

3 weeks agoHighly recommend GutterCare Property Services. We contacted them after water was badly overflowing from the spouting above our school’s outdoor shade cover.
The first worker came out promptly to investigate and explained clearly what the issue was. He recommended clearing the spouting and downpipes, which were fully blocked, and also suggested installing downpipe protectors to help prevent the problem happening again in the future. The quote was sent through quickly and was very reasonably priced.
About a fortnight later, two workers came out and completed the job. They cleared all the debris from the downpipes and installed the protectors. They also offered an annual maintenance service to keep everything clear moving forward.
Really happy with the communication from start to finish, the quality of the work completed, and the overall cost. Professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. We will definitely use GutterCare Property Services again in the future. -
7 months agoI recently used GutterCare to replace our decades old gutter. They came over twice, first to remove the gutter and the second time to install the new one, which left us some time to paint the fascia ourselves. They did an amazing job from start to finish and made sure no rubbish or loose nails etc are left on site. Our property is on a slope but they did the work with only partial scaffolding which saved us quite a bit of money. Adding to the above, their staff are professional and friendly and very easy to work with. Will definitely consider using their services again and recommend it to friends.

2 months agoA "professional" landscaper hit my gutter with their digger and left a mangled mess. GutterCare fixed it as good as new. Great service, great communication, a job well done. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future without hesitation.

3 weeks agoWe recently had our house washed, roof treated, and gutters cleaned, and were very impressed with the service. Great communication throughout, always punctual, and very professional to deal with. They took the time to photograph the roof and point out a few areas of rust concern, which we really appreciated. It was helpful to see exactly what they were referring to and showed they genuinely cared about the condition of the property. Highly recommend!

3 months agoHad gutters cleaned. Were very efficient and did an excellent job. What I was most impressed with was the worker's knowledge of the complexities of "internal" guttering and how it has to be treated differently to standard guttering. Took photos of my roof at no extra charge so I could see how badly it needs treatment (to be done at a later date). Highly recommend.
