For instance Isa cut these tiles to fit around a window and door which results in fewer joint lines and it looks fantastic. He created a lot of value for us, talked us though options we hadn't considered and was also happy to pivot when I changed my mind on a few things last minute (as you do). We've been lucky enough to have him the last 5 weeks undertake 2-bathroom renovations for us. Quite a lot of unknowns and shoddy workmanship (existing) that Isa had to fix. Most would re-price at that point, however Isa is so hardworking, and solutions focused he fixed everything, so it… is absolutely perfect, and the quote never changed - which we all know in this market is highly unusual!! 100%"After a few horrible prior experiences with tradies, We were nervous to embark on two bathroom renovations in our 80's home. We received three quotes. Handy Home Solutions only quote for labour, but estimated the cost of materials. We ordered the bathroomware directly from Elite Bathrooms. Isa wasn't the cheapest, but we had learnt our lesson the hard way and realised you pay for what you get especially when it comes to skilled labour. Isa made the whole experience a dream as he is able to… coordinate the whole project himself. Being a talented builder, plumber, waterproofer and tiler, the work was completed on time and on budget (at first for us!). He offers design ideas, goes above and beyond to make sure the client is happy at every point along the way, was respectful of our home and privacy and enjoys the challenge of the work. Our old house certainly threw a few curve balls with a rotten floor, leaking toilets and out of plumb walls. Isa took in all in his stride and we would highly recommend him to prospective clients. Isa has the highest standards of personal workmanship and integrity and he gives each and every client his undivided attention. He is there on the job every day until it’s completed to his exacting standards.
Katy provides administration, customer support, and project management and is an all-round “people person”.
