    "I ordered replacement parts for our fridge in October 2011. To date, still no parts. I am still having to call Harvey Norman\'s to find out what is going on with the order - each time some or other other excuse as to why it has not arrived yet.

    Same problem with an order for my iphone - needed a cable. Ordered in October 2011 (different department). To date, no cable.

    Staff just couldn\'t seem to care less about actually doing their jobs. Really slack service."
