"Rang Hibiscus Roofing on the Monday and spoke to Jun. Very helpful and polite. I asked to get a quote to replace our roof. Booked us in for Wednesday. On Tuesday Chris rang and was in the area and could he come do quote now. Came round and went round roof and did a thorough job. Once all the products were on site the boys got onto the job. Over 2 days the jobs was complete. Looks amazing. Have had many comments about how good it looks. Fantastic job. Have already passed their phone number on… to a friend. "Hibiscus Roofing recently installed a new roof on our house and garage. The original contact was with Chris who measured and provided a quote within a couple of days.
Once we accepted the quote the work began within 3 weeks and despite problems with wet weather the job was finished in good time.
The roofers were good to work with and completed the job to a high standard. All rubbish was then removed from site.

"The reroof was carried at during the time requested and contractor remained on site except for 1 day he had another job until finished. Workers were all polite, well behaved and there was no loud music or radio playing. Damage to a ceiling which was annoying and unnecessary but can happen on jobs like this. Site was left tidy and they did several walk arounds picking up rubbish but for the next 3 or 4 weeks we kept finding old nails, screws, rivets, small slices and offcuts of iron in the lawn,… garden and on the driveway so be prepared for this when having a reroof done."

"We got in some quotes and Hibiscus roofing was truly competitive. They were quick and efficient from the time they came to price up the job to the scaffolding erection the roof being put on, rubbish being taken away then scaffolding dismantled and removed off site. "

"These people are very professional. They came out on site to look and give advice before quoting. The quote was to us promptly and they were happy to accommodate our request for scaffolding the house for painting at the same time.
The young men who did the job were polite and professional, and went the extra mile to help. A great team. Highly recommended."

"We got several quotes for the re-roofing of a large 4 car garage and Hibiscus; were the most competitive. ALso, they were recommended by Lifebuilt Construction. They were easy to communicate with. "The guys from Hibiscus Roofing did a good job removing the old asbestos and re-roofing my 1950s house with coloursteel Maxx. They explained the required work and each step within the detailed quote. The job was delayed a few days due to the asbestos removal beforehand (done by a sub-contracted company), but once the work had started it was done in the scheduled time frame. The work itself turned out very good. Once the old sheets were of, it turned out that the copper gutters were far more… corroded than expected. Conducting the replacement at the same time would have been efficient, which I only learned during the process. The site was left tidy and communication around the job was good too. Overall I can recommend the company."

"We needed our roof completely replaced after 40 years of coastal exposure. Hibiscus Roffing were very prompt to offer a competitive quote. There were a couple of small differences with our roof type and there was no problem getting that orgainised. Once the job was finished we pointed out a small issue and the contractor returned that afternoon, apologised and quickly fixed it to our satisfaction. Recommended."

"Hibiscus Roofing replaced my corrugated Iron roofing with new, long run steel sheeting in March. What impressed me instantly was that they were the only one of the three companies quoting, which drew attention to my proximity to the sea and the need for a different product type to offer complete protection in such a corrosive environment. I was very happy with the service and quality of work I received from this company. What they promised - they delivered and in a very friendly and… professional manner. We did have a few small unforeseen hitches during the process, but the their attitude toward resolving these was impressive and I am very happy with the result.

"Outstanding service, we couldnt believe it. I rang a total of 3 companies and Hibiscus Roofing stood out from the first phone call with a friendly, happy person on the other end. The quote was done almost immediately and a written copy in the post within 24 hours. They were so helpful and the only company to let us borrow samples to help decide on roof colour. The whole process was easy and the job was done in 3 days to a very high standard. Our skylight man even commented on the qualitiy… on the job. Even the cleanup afterwards was spotless! I would totally recommend this company as the other roofing companies I dealt with took weeks to acknowledge our quote request after I had to chase, were priced higher and had much lower customer service skills at first contact (almost like they didnt want the job). Thanks Hibiscus Roofing its good to see a company that prides themselves on high quality work as well as service!"
