"Demolition of separate toilet & bathroom, build new combined bathroom (shower, vanity toilet). install new windows. Install supplied bathroom fittings.
Fast quote, Oleg (manager) adapted to plan changes and made some good suggestions which were utilised.
Builders did a great job with the demo & rebuild, repair of water damage. installed cavity slider also. Plastering excellent, installation of new toilet (& associated plumbing) - excellent, electrical work - excellent.

Removal of cast iron bath left large scratches in rimu floor.
Painting a bit messy round edgings, window frames etc. (this was blamed on the choice of a dark colour!)
Shower installation not the best - untidy finishing, gouge in shower wall, silicone very uneven & still leaky. will have to be redone. disappointing.
Beautiful bathroom but don't look too closely at the finishes."

The Car port was secured using screws rather then nails, which made the construction very strong.

"I requested Imc to undertake a major renovation. Oleg came, inspected, priced the job and had staff ready to start immediately. He provided the painters, the electrician and the plumber. "Oleg's company removed some glass panels for me in my new home. I was impressed with their customer service so asked if they wanted to quote on my driveway gates and fence. The price was reasonable so they were awarded the work. This was a difficult job as the driveway slopes to one side meaning that if the gates were level at the top, the dog could escape underneath on the high side. They used a very clever rising hinge on one gate and angled the bottom of the other gate. Very skilled professional workmanship from Oleg, Alex and Edward. Matches the rest of my existing fencing. Very happy owner, very happy dog!"

"We need to get our 1950s window frames fixed due to rot issues across all of them.
Alexei was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Oleg provided the quote and the end numbers were fairly close to the mark. The team worked hard and got the job done really well.
There was a small crack to one window pane but that was patched up using glass glue.

We had purchased a ready made door and barn track and needed a team to put it together.

The team at IMC NZ Limited were great to deal with.

From the communication via email to discuss what needed to be done, plus all the changes from us along the way. Nothing was a hassle and they were more than happy to adapt.
On the day, the team arrived on time and measured up what needed to be done.
They were explaining everything to me along the way and consulted with me before any work commenced.

The team did make some holes in the wall for the track that were not required in the end. The filled these holes and painted it, so that it looked like the original wall.

The team tidied up before leaving the site and didnt leave any mess."

"Alexey did arrive about an hour late on his first visit, and his return the next day was prevented by some foul weather. He arrived promptly the next day and finished the job to our complete satisfaction . He is a superb worker, thorough and careful, with a pleasant and friendly personality. The initial price quoted was extremely reasonable, though the work ended up costing a little more as the job turned out to be way more challenging than initially thought. Communication from the company wasn't always ideal, it seemed to be assumed we would know that bad weather would negate the second day arrival, for we weren't informed Alexey wouldn't be turning up. Not a problem in our case, but it could have been."

"Oleg came and gave me a quote on the very day I contacted him. My plans for replacing stairs, tidying a retaining wall, and fixing some decking were all a bit half formed and Oleg worked with us to provide options. He was also very flexible about breaking the job up into smaller pieces which was helpful and allowed us to gauge at each stage whether to continue or not.

Eduard did most of the building work, assisted at times by Alex. We are happy with the high quality of workmanship - even some of the old decking frame was spruced up and looks as good as new. Not surprisingly, doing maintenance on older homes requires a degree of flexibility and problem solving to work around constraints. Oleg’s team are very adaptable.

Lastly, Oleg is someone who keeps his word and is very easy to communicate with. He responds quickly to questions and delivers on his promises."

"Oleg gave us a very good quote, and we were impressed with his professional manner and his understanding of the processes required. Most of the upstairs ceilings of our home needed painting, including the stairwell, which to us seemed like a big ask, due to the height of it. But this was not a problem to IMC, who sent Raj to do the job. Despite it being mid-winter, Raj showed up each day as arranged, worked his magic, and was very easy to deal with. "The job was completed with perfection. The experience from the start has been pleasant - easy to contact, quotation given immediately. Although we gave a fairly tight deadline in short period, IMC fitted us in their schedule and even managed to finish it 2 days earlier than originally advised. "Oleg and his team undertook the renovation of a rental property for me. The property was in an awful condition: broken light fittings, holes in the wall, torn wallpaper and wardrobe doors that had come off their hinges, amongst other things. Oleg suggested remodelling the kitchen to open up the space along with an upgrade to the bathroom. The result is truly outstanding, it looks like a completely different property. I am very happy with the end result, which was achieved within a reasonable budget. "I contracted IMC to rebuild a concrete step. Apart from not turning up when they said they would, they left the place in a mess; the quality of the job was terrible – the concrete was not finished and no edger was used. And finally a courier driver stepped on the wet concrete as there was no sign for wet concrete left. They came back to smooth over the footprint and now the step is uneven and likely to crack. There are concrete chips through the lawn and concrete dust on a freshly detailed neighbour's car Very disappointing and not what I expect from a No Cowboys contractor."

"The job was to remedy damage to an internal concrete block wall which had been plastered over. In places the plaster had swollen due to what we suspect to be moisture and was bubbling off the wall. As IMC was undertaking a major job for a neighbour I asked Oleg if he could provide advice as to the cause and the options available to repair. I accepted his advice and quote and within 7 days the job was underway. He used several staff with differing skills to batten the wall, gib and then paint. I am delighted with the outcome. No delay and experienced workers completed a competent job. The outcome exceeded my expectations."

"We have just had the interior of our house repainted by IMC as well as a little bit of exterior painting done. The quote we received for doing this work was very competitive. Oleg was always prompt and professional in his communication with us - turned up when he said he would, returned calls and emails in a timely manner. The interior painting required some quite extensive preparation work including gibstopping holes in walls, which was no problem for these guys, and the finished result is excellent. The work was carried out efficiently and with good attention to detail, while we were still living in the house. We are very happy with the end result - the new paint has transformed the way our house looks. Special thanks to Roman and Andrea - the pleasant guys who did the painting and gibstopping. Based on our experience, we would definitely use IMC again in the future and recommend them to others."

"Oleg and his team were just fantastic and it was fantastic to deal with honest, no-nonsense professionals! I called Oleg to do some gib board replacement/ plastering work - he made an appointment, came on time and had a look at the work. I got a quote for the job the next day which was a very good price. He even offered advice to contact my insurance as that was going to be covered under my insurance which I was not aware of - thank you!

He was very patient until I was ready to get started - his team came over and they were extremely polite and professional in the work. The work was done to a high standard and I'm very happy with it. Finally after the work was done, he sent me the warranty information and called me the next day to confirm I was happy with the work and there were no issues -what great service!

"We were keen to use a Resene Ecodecorator and found Oleg through their website. He and his team painted the interior and exterior of our new extension and did such a good job, we got them to paint the interior of the rest of our house and then the 2-storey weatherboard existing exterior also. Oleg used quality products at all times and didn't skimp. His team worked hard, worked around a family with young children still living in the house and on the whole did a great job. Any issues that were identified were resolved as Oleg is really keen to leave every client happy. I was especially happy to receive a warranty for the weatherboard work and the job was audited by Resene which also gives peace of mind. I also found IMC to be competitively priced compared to other operators. I'm sure Oleg would agree that I'm on the "fastidious" side and I was really pleased with the substantial job they had to do which included restoring old weatherboards, staining new pine architraves to match old Rimu ones, dealing with high ceilings and old French doors etc. Be clear upfront about what your expectations are so he can price accurately but I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and in using him and his team (particularly Dimitri, Sergei and Dennis) again."
