We rang o/s of work hours and within minutes, Nick rang back followed by arranging a mutually agreed inspection date and time with our real estate agent. Our due diligence was made easier by his report which was more thorough than a previously provided report (he found a h/w cylinder we didnt know about which was hidden under the floor, and moisture not previously identified). The cost of the report was very good given the extra issues found.

"Nick undertook water-leak detection at my place on 29 January 2016 afternoon.
It took him less than half an hour to identify the source of the waterleak. This demonstrated his good skill and experience.
In terms of communication, it's good communication from Nick.
He arrived within 10 minutes of the agreed appointment - hence, it's considered punctual.

Nick also emailed his report to me the same day - very impressive indeed as I expected that it would take a week.

I have no reservation in recommending Nick to anyone who requires waterleak detection."

"I highly recommend Nick for your moisture inspection or if you think you have a potential leak. He explained what he was doing and showed me the IR images and explained what they meant.

Don\'t take your builder\'s word for it that you may need expensive remedial work for mositure damage. Get Nick in for a completely independent assessment and comprehensive report.

He also gave me a generous discount as I had two houses in the same complex requiring testing.

The house we were looking at ( and bought ) is block construction with some areas below ground level, it is really reassuring to get clear answers regarding moisture levels in these areas...
