"Lisa and the the team were awesome with their assistance amd professionalism in what was a difficult time for us post the January 2023 Auckland floods. The replacement of our kitchen was sympathetic to the changes we needed to make with our restoration and redecoration work, which included reusing a small part of the original kitchen - a stainless steel bench and the unique cupboard and drawer handles from the original. We were so pleased with the end result! Thank you so much Lisa! 5 stars!"

"Lisa is a fantastic designer. She took our ideas and inspiration pics and guided us through the design process, listening to what we wanted, helping us find the perfect finishes to achieve the look we wanted, giving us ideas that complemented and enhanced our own and very gently guiding us to the right conclusion when we were heading down the wrong path.
The kitchen looks magazine-worthy and is excellent quality. It’s so well laid out the dishwasher practically unloads itself :)

"Recommend by my sister to visit Innovative kitchens when we decided to upgrade our kitchen, we never looked back as our experience with Lisa, John and the team took over from start to finish. Their professionalism was outstanding, organising tradesmen, plumber, electrician and with Lisa's design knowledge, the result was a well designed, functional kitchen, we were very impressed with utilisation of the space which will stand the test of time, we just love it.
We have to thank Innovative… Kitchens, John, Lisa and their team and would highly recommend them.

"We are absolutely thrilled with our Innovative kitchen and had a great experience with Lisa and all the team we had contact with. Our kitchen renovation wasn’t start forward as we moved our original kitchen to the other side of the room. This gave us all the things we needed including a range hood, plenty of drawers and cupboards and a walk in pantry. The whole experience from first meeting John and hearing about him only using Blum hinges, meeting Lisa whose design ideas were perfect for us,… and Dave doing a wonderful job of the installation was a very happy one."

"Looking for a new Kitchen then Innovative Kitchens will not let you down and will do a suburb job. They custom made pieces to suit the space I had and made the kitchen look seem less, completely suited to my 100+ year old home. Nothing was too much trouble, they just made it happen. "

My husband I are excited and delighted with the result of all the effort and planning John ban Doorman put into this superb result.
The quality of the finish to the cupboards and drawers - and high attention to detail - is perfect. It is just a dream to use this kitchen , with… drawers rolling opening quietly and closing quietly. Helpful ideas for making it aneasy kitchen to work in , add to the pleaure I have , when in this beautiful kitchen .

It is the very best kitchen one could have. I am totally thrilled with it.

Each day John and his team were here on site, we were very impressed ny the way they covered the floor area with protective coverings and each day left the kitchen very clean and tidy.

One of the most important things that impressed us ,was the way John and his team worked very happily together .

There was such a happy team spirit evident and friendliness amongst the whole team that it was a joy to have John and his team in the house.

In fact , we missed their cheerful banter and laughs , after they had finished the kitchen !"

"I just wanted to drop a quick note to you both (please could you forward this to Ela) to tell you how much we appreciate our new kitchen and laundry. I am thankful every single day, and this is especially true during lockdown. ( I can’t imagine what it must be like to be half way through a project…). I am also really loving the new doorway that you created for us, it is already making such a difference as the weather gets colder.
So Ela and John, Grant and I love your design… collaboration - it has been so practical and pretty - and we love the look of the rimu shelves, the openness of the space while retaining the galley kitchen style.

We would also like to extend our thanks to all the tradesmen and staff involved, who were without exception considerate and hardworking.

"John was great to deal with during the initial consultation and design. He was also very responsive and accommodating leading up to the the start of the project and working around different contractors as well as an issue that we encountered during the project. John helped us design the kitchen and while majority was of high standard, we were very disappointed with the sink. The form factor was great however the quality of the sink was not inline with the quality of the rest of the kitchen.… Sink is made of a very light material, scratches easily and the drain tray area is wobbly (bendy). We asked Innovative Kitchens to follow up as John was away for the last few weeks of the project and they stated that the installation is fine and it is just the quality of the product. Had we have known this is a known issue/risk with this type of product we would have been happy to pay more for an upgrade.

Unfortunately John never followed up to ensure we are fully happy with our new kitchen and while we are very happy with the rest of the kitchen the issue with the sink is still very annoying. For the expected quality of the Innovative Kitchens and the brand promise it was a disappointing end to the project.

We were also not informed about Johns upcoming leave therefore it was difficult to find a contact point and coordinate toward the end of the project.

Furthermore we never signed off on the completion of the project which was supposed to be part of the process to release the final deposit held by the Kitchen Guarantee Fund.

On the positive note Innovative Kitchen was extremely helpful and very flexible during a major issue encountered during the project and other than the sink, we are very happy with the kitchen."

"We're super happy with our new kitchen. Jeff has been very helpful from the start, storage and workspace is utilized so efficiently that even with fewer cabinets (e.g. lower price) we have more than we expected! Riccardo, who installed the cabinets, was very punctual and has good eye for detail, he clearly cares about quality of his work. Overall, I am very impressed.
Just a side note: If you decide to go with Kitchen Krewe for the associated building works, make sure to stomp on their boss… to stick to promised schedule (or find your own tradesmen), or your might face a lot of no shows and months of delays. His plumber and sparky did a good job, although plastering and painting was meh. This, of course, has nothing to do with Innovative Kitchens, who did their part perfectly"

"From our first contact with Jeff, he was attentive, listened to what we wanted and was upfront about his costs. He explained how he worked, came to our house , made suggestions and was meticulous in his measurements. He was patient, pleasant and very helpful. When we finally decided on our kitchen plan Jeff also helped us in making decisions about sinks , tap ware and colour of splash back. The team he uses to do the actual installation did an excellent job. I suppose there will always be some… inconvenience in getting a new kitchen installed but ours was kept to a minimum. We are thrilled with the finished product and give Jeff our highest recommendation."

"GREAT JOB!! on our beautiful kitchen….everyone important in our lives has been around just to see this masterpiece and after the initial shock of its size (it is pretty big I have to admit – but it passed the Samoan-mama’s- 2bums-wide test with room to spare!), get it and love it as much as I do. "Jeff from Innovative Kitchens helped us a few years ago with a telescopic towel rail. We were so impressed with his service and the layout of the showroom that we returned a few years later when we decided to build our own house. Jeff's knowledge and experience was clear from the beginning, he listened well to what we wanted but made some excellent suggestions to get the best out of the space available. He made several drafts for us to review. Jeff makes the time to sit down with you even if… this means going well over the closing time of the showroom.

Once the design was agreed on plenty of time was given to choose the different materials and colours to be used. The showroom is well set up and upstairs there is an amazing amount of materials to look at. The house was delayed a few times but Jeff worked with us to get the kitchen in when the builders were ready.

The installer he uses, Riccardo, did a great job. He has excellent gear, works very tidy and wants to deliver the perfect job. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and are very pleased with the suggestions made by Jeff during the design process and by Riccardo during the installation. We are very comfortable recommending Innovative Kitchens to anyone who is thinking about a new kitchen."

"I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen and laundry. During the design process Jeff had a ton of ideas and showed me a lot of options, he also listened to all my requirements, creating a kitchen that is everything I wanted and more. And still managed to stick to the budget.
The installation process was well managed and Ricardo, the installer, did a superb job, every door is perfectly aligned, every drawer glides open smoothly. Neither Jeff nor Ricardo were satisfied until everything was… perfect.

I would use Innovative Kitchens again, and happily recommend them."

"We had taken possesion of a huge architectually designed house and were hesitant to abuse the "bones" that had been designed in 68. Initially we had dreams of grandeur but after speaking to other outfits realised that this could not happen. Innovative Kitchens were to change this mindset and after a comprehensive series of briefing we chose to step into the void and follow their direction. They consulted us every step of the way, outlining details that we had/would never have thought… of and delivered on time with precision, minimum fuss and right on budget that was set. What we found was that they were in fact the easiest and bar far the most accurate trade we dealt with during the renovation process. I would happily reccomend them and will use them for our next project and we are more than happy with the beautiful kitchen we now have."

"Jeff has exceeded his obligations and was prepared to take on a job other companies would find too demanding. A number of kitchen shops were offering product little better than flat pack options and were not prepared to think outside the square.
Innovative Kitchens has delivered on time, on budget and within specification with my custom kitchen. The attention to detail in design, construction and installation is top notch.
Jeff stands by his word, keeping to budget and making right any… issues that come up along the way.
