"Felix Jaboon did a fabulous job sorting out a crazy problem where previous owners of my house had installed a laundry sink that meant you couldn't fit a washing machine in the cupboard! He got us a slimline sink and cupboard, and installed a new washer/dryer for us within a week of contacting him. No fuss, no bother, just a great result! And left the house clean and tidy. Job done!"

"Felix's excellent reputation is well-deserved. We engaged him to fix a laundry cabinet so it would fit a dryer and the door would close neatly over the top of it.
I was initially concerned our appliances would not fit in the cabinet, but need not have worried. Felix and his team did a fantastic job of redesigning and fixing the cabinet so it would fit everything exactly the way we wanted it. The work was finished to a high standard and everything was tidied up nicely afterwards - it was like the cabinet had been built that way from the start.
I was very impressed, and would strongly recommend Felix to anyone who needs work done around the home."

"I rang Felix at 7:30am; not really expecting anything to happen, being so late into the week.
Yet, the job that I needed done was so small compared to any of his previous projects.
So when he answered; I had then proceeded to tell him about the condition of the roof. And had also asked him on what would be the likely possibility of removing an old odour pipe and the replacement of it’s concrete tile, today.
He gladly said “not a problem”.
I was totally surprised by his response. As he had a full day already scheduled in. But yet, he said he will swing by and have a quick look at the intended work. Sure enough 10:15am as promised he was here on site.
Ladder in hand and after one quick look, he was up there removing tiles, along with that old pesky odour pipe, that was forgotten about a while ago (Lol).
He had to replace a few more tiles that were in bad shape but before I knew it,10:45am job done!!
It’s was so good to meet Felix. He was well mannered and pleasant to talk with. And though, it may had been a small job. He took the time out of his day to see us right.

"We'd used Felix a few years ago, and he did a great job replacing some guttering.
I had a couple of jobs that needed doing - fixing a gate and securing something in a very difficult and high place on the front of our house. "We hired Felix and the team to replace the guttering on our split-level house. There are some big heights involved but nothing was too much trouble for Felix and his team. Despite a few days of rain in between when no work could be done safely, the job was completely promptly and we are very pleased with the professional work. "Really disappointed in Felix.I was one of the ones that gave him an outstanding review before.But that was "before".Long story short.I had a leak drip coming through ny ceiling and got Felix in to find the cause,he couldn't find the actual source of the leak but thought it could be the ball ****valve and replaced the whole unit.It was pretty stuffed.He said he bent the arm so the water wouldn't get so high ,.Anyway the drip through the ceiling stopped and so our insurance got decorators in that did a great job .Anyway a few days later the cold water in our ensuite shower wouldn't work.I called Felix who came and tried to work on the shower in the end he said it was an air lock in the system.I said to him this happened after he had installed the ball cock.He was adament it was my system.And that I should look at changing the plumbing.He could do a deal..Anyway he had to go and do other jobs.I was expecting him to come back shortly and fix it-I had no working ensuite shower!.A week went by,then two. I eventually called a real plumber in who quickly found the problem.The ball ****arm had been bent so much that the water in the tank was too low and couldn't flow out of an outlet that fed the shower.I asked the plumber why the ball ****was set that low.He reckons Felix probably new where the problem leak was coming from and maybe it was a Friday(lol) so he tried to have the least amount of pressure against the faulty connection.it cost me an arm and a leg to get the situation rectified.I won't be using Felix again for anything."Your repation precedes you".I expected better"

"Felix contacted me the same day I emailed him and arranged to come out and look at the job the following day. The work comprised of replacing some rusted roof flashings and ridge cap, repairing a roof leak, cleaning 2 garage roofs and repainting them. Additionally I asked him if he could also replaster some ceiling damage caused by the roof leak and this was also included. The guys turned up the following week and the work was completed to a really good standard over 2 days. The guys were a pleasure to have around, removed any rubbish and Felix did a great job of letting me know where things were at, and gave me a heads up about any future issues that may need to be monitored (ie, some patches of rust that weren't visible until the roof was cleaned.) The price quoted was reasonable, and it was great to find one company who is effectively a one stop shop for getting all your repairs and maintenance done in one hit! At a time when so many companies seem to be disinterested in taking on smaller repair jobs (and rarely turn up to even look at the work, let alone provide you with a quote to do it) Jaboon Limited is the exception. I will most definitely use them again, and would thoroughly recommend them."

"We were really pleased with the job Felix did for us. We had a heavy wooden gate that had sagged on its hinges, and was scraping along the ground, and we weren't quite sure what to do about. He worked out a solution and we can finally use the gate properly on a daily basis, so we're delighted. He also built an archway for a climber to climb on. Our only comment would be that communication on when the job would start could have been a bit better."

"We DO NOT recommend Jaboon Limited.

We hired Jaboon ltd in October 2015 to re-clad part and repaint our property based on good reviews we had read.
Some work was carried out and on investigation from our end showed the works completed did not meet building code (this has been confirmed by independent reports we have had carried out at the property) and the workmanship was poor.
The site was left in a poor condition and due care was not taken of our property.
We have since had to have all the works redone, this included having to gain building consent.
Due to the extent of work and the consents now required this has cost more than double our initial budget for this work (over $20 000 additional to our budget and this does not including extra time/materials we have had to provide ourselves for clean-up work onsite)."

"We contacted Felix just before Christmas to get a quote for tree removal (which involved some complexity), section clearing, and a number of other house tidy up activities. Felix arrived within 40 minutes of my phone call and provided a quote after inspecting the areas for attention. We accepted the quote for the priority items. Felix and his team began the work early in the new year (much to our delight) and spent several days on our property. We were very happy with the completed work. "We had a leak suddenly appear in the roof, and Felix came round the same day. He was the only one that responded to our call and we located him through this site. We have a double story 1970's home and the roof is inaccessible to me. He not only repaired the leak but identified serious issues elsewhere on the roof, which he took photos of and showed us. Basically the house had been repaired poorly by a previous owner and parts of the roof had probably been leaking for years. These were all fixed, some roofing Iron replaced, water cylinder pan replaced. We were so happy with the job we had him come back and replace all the nails in the roof, replace the ageing guttering. He even removed a defunct UHF Ariel as well as a return trip to secure loose flashing fall at no cost even though it nothing to do with his previous work. He is very friendly and offers thorough explanations on all work required. We have him on speed dial."

"I had an urgent roofing job & tried 6 different supposed 'leading' companies. Only one bothered to call me back and then took 2 wks to tell me that they couldn't do the work - by which time Felix had come to my rescue.

The SAME DAY i rang Felix he looked at the work, gave me a quote and started within 4 days, delayed only by materials. The job he did was comprehensive and having inspected it closely I found it to be very high workmanship. Felix also took the time to take photos of some other work that required attention, which i took his advice and got down also. His work was excellent, his pricing extremely competitive and his follow through impeccable. I recommend Felix very highly.

This is the third roofing job I have had done on a rental property in the last 5 years and I have found the roofing industry as a group to be lacking in follow through and response. I have had quotes as much as 100% more than the average from established roofing specialists. When he arrived on site he quickly assessed the job, diagnosed the problem and offered two options to fix the problem: replacement or repair. I chose the repair option given the good state of the existing spouting, and he repaired it quickly and efficiently. He completed the job at the agreed price, despite using more materials than he originally expected. I am happy to report that the repair job did the trick, because despite the heavy rain we've had lately, there has been no more leaking or over-flow of the spouting system. "After the storm and some damage i needed a pipe drainage for my section to avoid increasing flooding of my shed, deck and under the house. Felix and his team did a very good job laying the pipes, connecting them to the stormwater and cleaning up the back section from the flooding debris at a competitive price.
