"Jon and his associated plumbers completed the re-plumbing of our house (replacement of old and leaky Dux Quest pipes) with a minimum of disruption to the house and he coordinated very well with the builder who was renovating one of the bathrooms. The solutions to re-route the pipework (in a complicated house-plan) were both pragmatic and clever - very impressive. The final cost of the work was very close to the estimate, if not slightly less. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Jon to anyone."

"Speedy response, excellent communication throughout, helpful and clear. Replaced the bathroom mixer tap and the kitchen waste disposal - gave us the option of buying the replacements or leaving it to him to buy the replacement parts - did a good job, efficient. Price was fair.

"I first used Jon in 2017 for a couple of jobs and was really happy with his service.

The last time I used Jon was for an emergency leak in February this year. It was a very stressful time, involving insurance claims, and Jon was at my place within 30 minutes of me calling him to fix the issue.

I find him really easy to communicate with and he clearly lays out options for fixing the issue.
