Workers were very tidy and courteous throughout the project. Tidying after each visit. We had the normal delays as expected with an exterior paint job and were well informed along the way.
The completed exterior paint and roof work was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased. We highly recommend James and his team."

"James took on the challenge of repairing and painting over the wallpaper in our deceased parents home after years of dust and wear. His vast experience and skills to patiently fix these issues definately meant we got a much better end result! He stripped back all the woodwork, prepped well and painted all the windows and doors, which was done to a high standard. He had lots of great suggestions which we took on board to modernise the kitchen bench and fireplace, painting these with new products to complete the overall look of the house. He was fully invested in getting us the best result to help sell our much loved family home. I highly recommend James and his workmanship, he is a craftsman!"

"James came fixed, stripped, painted ceiling in lounge, fixed wallpaper painted hall, sanded painted outside windows. Came back a year later fixed wallpaper and painted bedrooms. Both times finishes were to high standard, always left house, equipment tidy when not there. Kept us informed, updated on progress of work."

"Matt did a great job of our 2 storey house, we're very happy with the final result. The job took a little longer than originally quoted, which resulted in paying extra for the scaffolding, which was slightly frustrating. Wellington weather can be blamed for some of that delay which is totally understandable, but there were many fine days where there was no work done. Despite that, we were satisfied with the workmanship and the final result looks really good, and it's great to know that all the rot/cracks are sorted now!"

"We were blown away with the professional job done by JJ Decorators, they were recommended to us and totally came up to our expectations. James was also was also very considerate of our urgency to occupy our house and finished the job well ahead of time. We left it to him to choose the door and trim colours, also to match the existing colour in the bathrooms and he was spot on. A friendly efficient crew of guys. He kept us well informed and was very helpful in suggesting paint types. Post job clean up was perfect, they even cleaned the windows, all round a fantastic job."

"JJ Decorators recently painted our ceilings and window frames indoors, then painted the outside of our house.
We were amazed at the work ethic of the crew who arrived. They all took an enormous pride in their work and were highly skilled. The house is a 1935 villa, and they stripped the old (messy!) paint back to the cedar weatherboards. They then paid great attention to repairing the signs of age and wear and tear before applying several coats of underlay, painting and applying the trim. Their work is meticulous, their attitude commendable, and they were a pleasure to have around the house. We strongly recommend them for any painting and decorating."

"James and his team painted our surprisingly large house on a steep slope recently. They were very professional, respectful and meticulous in their work. We hardly noticed them here despite the work taking a couple of months, but they discussed and consulted at all the appropriate times. Any issues got fixed and they consulted with our builder to make sure all the rotten, rusty parts were replaced in a timely fashion. Would absolutely recommend them to others."
