"Accepted a quote back in December from these guys and booked a roof paint for Feb 11. As at 18 Feb no contact and no work done. Called four days ago and got got told I would be contacted. Turned out to be a load of BS. Total time wasters.9"

"Avoid JMK at all costs!!!! I had a full roof restoration and paint for concrete slate tiles in July 2016. The paint slides down the roof in the rain, trapping water under the paint and then the paint bubbles finally burst leaving large pieces of missing paint. The preparation was substandard and the whole roof is affected. Every day more paint is falling off, it's a mess. They left broken roof tiles in my gutters which blocked them and I have more leaks now than before I had the roof… restored. I have contacted them several times but no answer. They are not good for their word - beware!"

"Got these guys to Clean our decks and we were stunned how terrible the job was. When we complained we were ignored to start then they decided to intimidate us. Needless to say nothing was done about it. Avoid!"

"Absolutely terrible! THE WORST!
I paid a deposit a month in advance for a roof wash, moss treatment, replacement of all nails with tech screws and two layers of paint in my choice of colour.
They took my money but didn't confirm the week before like they said they would.
The day before they changed the agreed job from "replacing all nails" to "only replacing nails that need it".
Despite asking for a grey or blue colour a month prior, I was told 24 hours prior I… could choose between two shades of black.

They didn't turn up or leave when they said they would. When they left for the day, leaving the front door to the property wide open TWICE.

The office person was incompetent (didn't know any time frames and couldn't communicate with the actual laborers) as well as incredibly rude over the phone, telling me "If you aren't happy, get someone else to finish the job".

Then I saw the actual job that was done - TERRIBLE.

They damaged a panel of the roof so badly that it needs to be completely replaced as it is leaking worse than before!

The paint job was a patchy, bubbled mess and - less than 3 weeks later - already lifting off in places.

They were notified of this over a week ago but have not responded at all.

I took their office person's advice to get professionals in to fix the screw up botch job that they did.

A massive disappointment and absolute sham of a business."

"Very happy with the work that was completed. We had our gutters cleaned and he did our outdoor tiles for free. They look amazing. Very friendly dude to dal with. Im a very satisfied customer considering our experience with a pervious company we used was simply horrible. Thanks to Josh we highly recommended you and will be using you again. "
