"I would highly recommend JVS gasfitting. I found them when I Googled Escea fireplaces. I needed a service done. I contacted a few places on the recommended list and I'm still waiting to hear back a month later. JVS contacted me within an hour that I sent my email. Since I was happy to just hear back, since thats hard these days with some tradies. I booked them in. Admin was great at booking a time that suits. The gasfitter came, was friendly, did his work, got the certificate a few days later. no hassle or fuss which is the way I like it. I will be doing my yearly service with them now. Thank you."

"Jason did an amazing job replacing almost all parts in my gas fire and re setting the bricks. The fire now operates amazing and the new remote is great. He was so clean and tidy with his work that I had no mess to clean up afterwards. He is very knowledgeable on the brand realfires which now belongs to Ignite. Jason responded immediately with firm pricing options
Jason advised by phone and exchanging photos from me the changes needed to install a new gas hob to my rental property
He was able to price immediately and recommended a hob that would fit the current bench cut out.
He made the adjustments needed to comply with current legislation which had changed from 23 years ago when we fitted the previous hob.
Jason turned up when he said, loved all the problems, explained what he had done and later bill for the amount he had quoted.

"Jason responded to my online query by phone almost immediately and was able to attend the next working day. I felt the pricing was about right so agreed to proceed with replacing a regulator on gas bottles. He also moved the location of the bottles to comply with regulations and then took away all the rubbish which was very helpful. Also reset my hob to give a better flame. "Jason was great! Obviously very busy time as the winter bit sets in! I typically left it to late to service the fire but Jason managed to accommodate me and fit me in early one morning the following week. Asked what was wrong and told me over the phone it sounded like the pilot light. Said 90% of the time he would need to replace this but should have the right part with him. He turned up on time completely cleaned out fire, replace pilot and then took the time to talk me through why he had stacked the coals uniformly and also how best to use the fan. Can not fault the service and Jason was such a great guy! 110% recommend!"

"I got Jason's details from No Cowboys. We needed our gas stove burners set up correctly as there were lots of orange flames. Jason knew what the problem was immediately (other gas persons had tried to fix it but had no idea - literally). One burner wouldn't ignite so he asked me to buy it, gave me the part number etc and it arrived by courier. Jason said it wld be cheaper for me to do it this way. He replaced all of the jets with LPG jets (that's why I said the other guys had no idea), installed the other parts, fitted a chain for safety (the other guys who installed it hadn't even done that!! So now the stove burners work like a dream and it's all safe. Would so recommend Jason - he's a gas :)"

"Jason helped us out of a really difficult situation when the Appliance Services company we had hired to fix or replace our oven kept letting us down and making mistakes. Jason came on the Saturday of Queen's Birthday to help us get an oven in for our tenants over the long weekend. He went totally above and beyond to help us out and was super easy to deal with. His communication is excellent and he is very personable. He had great initiative and gave ideas prior to the install day to help make things happen faster and more efficiently. He had high regard for safety and respected the areas he was working in, for example replacing the lawn in such a way you wouldn't even know he'd been there. He worked swiftly and conscientiously and talked us through everything as he was doing it. Afterwards his explanation of how the system works was really easy to understand and he really took the time to ensure everyone understood what he'd done and how it would work in the future. "We had an appliance to install. From the commencement of the installation it appeared we had "bush-wacked" and were dealing with an ever circling "dark posse". Then "out of the East" came JVS Gasfitting Ltd. Jason took over the situation, installed and certified the appliance including preparing and fitting stainless steel surrounds. True to his word ( something that had been missing previously) he organised and completed all aspects of the work to an excellent standard. From our experience, take care when stores recommend installers, check them out, but if installing gas fittings we strongly recommend JVS Gasfitting Ltd."
