We're an efficient hands-on team specialising in all things insulation across all of Auckland and beyond. Newcomers to NoCowboys but we're one of Aucklands top-rated outfits and we're keen to impress.

"This is my second time working with Alex and his team and again we had a fabulous experience installing a ground moisture barrier underneath a minor dwelling this time. Communication and commitment shown were second to none. All progressed smoothly and in a timely manner, no delays. "Simon from Kaiser Insulation did a fantastic job cleaning out the insulfluff and laying Mamouth insulation in a low ceiling space, not an easy space to insulate. Photos were also taken of the roof space and sent to us on completion of the job. The job was done within a tight timeframe for us and communication was excellent with Alex, the contact person for Kaiser. I would highly recommend this business for anyone needing insulation."

"Alex completed our subfloor insulation installation for our property to meet healthy home standards, and did an absolute fantastic job!
Communication was professional and arranging the job was effortless, Alex and his mate showed up on time and did a perfect job, removed all the rubbish and provided photos of the job for all stages.
Alex also replaced some rotting barge boards around the house and did a superb job as well.
All this was for a reasonable price and the workmanship definitely was well worth the money.
I would highly recommend Alex to anyone that has insulation jobs or any other jobs!"

3 months agoKaiser Property did a fantastic job installing moisture barrier under our house. Communication with Alex was smooth and friendly from start to finish. Simon truly exceeded our expectations and delivered outstanding workmanship. The space under the house now looks incredibly tidy and well organised. The team was professional, thorough, and respectful throughout. We honestly wish we had done this earlier.

7 months agoHighly Recommend Alex's Team - Professional, Fair Price, and They Get the Job Done!
Alex helped us three times now, and every experience has been superb.
Job 1: A single room's roof insulation. The space was so narrow that many companies refused the work, but Alex managed it perfectly and gave us a very fair quote.
Job 2: He helped us to replace the insulation for our entire roof. He expertly removed all the old material and installed the new insulation flawlessly.
Job 3: Most recently, we needed crawl space moisture barrier and insulation. Our under-house area is incredibly tight (less than 50cm), and again, many companies told us it was impossible.
Alex's team tackled the job and completed it to an excellent standard.
This team's ability to handle the most challenging, narrow spaces shows their high level of professionalism and skill. Their pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of work. Don't hesitate—use Alex and his team! -
4 months agoI appreciate the great work completed by Alex and his team in removing old insulation/insu-fluff and installing new product. Alex provided a competitive quote, clearly explained the available options, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard, along with providing detailed photos of each step of the process. I would happily use the Kaiser team again.

3 months agoAlex and team did a fantastic job for me. They were on time, professional and gave me some excellent advice which was cost saving. Their price was extremely competitive and communication was very timely. Lovely to deal with and I would definitely use them again.

4 months agoI was very happy with the work that Alex and his boys did at my place, they installed ceiling insulation, underfloor insulation and also a moisture barrier. Overall the service was professional and efficient. I really appreciated his pragmatic approach and suggestions to get the job done properly and at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and I recommend him to any of my friends and colleagues who are looking for this kind of work to be done.
