"Kerry really knows his stuff and does a superior job. We had Kerry in to replace some gib and do some stopping as a result of a water leak and added a few extra plastering jobs that always arise in houses of a certain age. I went with Kerry because of the positive comments posted on NoCowboys and was not disappointed. Plastering can be notoriously messy, but Kerry keeps the mess and the dust to an absolute minimum. "Kerry was employed to gib stop my wifes new 10 square metre studio. We asked Kerry to completely skim the walls and ceiling as they were to be painted. We have done up an old villa over the years and used many gib stoppers but I would rate him as the best we have ever used and we are fussy. He was easy to deal with and his workmanship is flawless."

"My job involved plasterboard fixing and stopping to the lower half of all walls of an open plan lounge/kitchen, a bathroom and 2 additional 4.5m x 2.6m rooms. The work had it's challenges with plasterboard needing to meet round support posts and pipes to be boxed in.

Kerry did an awesome job with a very high quality finish, which he prepared to 'ready for paint' stage. He is very knowledgable about the technical aspects of the job and is meticulous in his attention to detail.

He was reliable, a good communicator and his price was reasonable and came close to his original estimate.(Only addition was for extra work I requested, after he started the job).

I highly recommend Kerry and will definitely use him again should the need arise."

"I'm very fussy and this is the second time Kerry completed a job for us - I can just stop here😊 5-star doesn't quite justify the exceptional quality of work and services that Kerry provided! Our ceiling was damaged due to a roof leak. Kerry successfully removed the damage, repaired the ceiling panel and plastered over and primed the repair - ready to paint. Being a very skilled plasterer, there was minimal sanding and Kerry always tied up at the end of the job each day; he might have left our living room cleaner than when he started. Fantastic communication - Kerry always arrived when he said he would. Very fair cost and pricing. This was a small job, nevertheless Kerry completed it to a very high standard. Thank you, Kerry!"

"Had a leak on my roof and subsequently a hole on the corner of my lounge ceiling. Kerry did the plastering on my ceiling and restored the moulding where it had been cut out and then the painting. "Kerry did a fantastic job gib stopping for alterations to install a lift in our home in Castor Bay. We had a tight schedule to keep and Kerry was recommend by our builder. Kerry arrived on site promptly to asses the project and then once starting he worked non stop including a full day Saturday to complete the job. A very tidy worker, cleaning up each day. He installed a dust screen to ensure the sanding dust did not float to rest of our house. Our job was messy with lots of small areas of gib needing repairing. The results shows a tradesman who has a lifetime of experience in this work. A high quality outcome and we would have no hesitation of recommending Kerry to anyone who wants a quality job."

"We had a few cracks near a large window frame and wanted them fixed before we paint the interior. It was a small job and we thought we might find it hard to get a plasterer given how busy every tradie is at the moment. Fortunately Kerry had a job near by and was able to fit us in within a week! Kerry did a fantastic job pulling the old tapes out, re-taping the joints and plastering over the areas. While waiting for them to dry, Kerry went around our living and dining and fixed a few more cracks that we never knew existed (they definitely did upon close inspection). I'm very particular with how things are finished and Kerry did not disappoint! Everything has been done to an exceptional standard; and Kerry kept the place very nice and clean throughout the days he worked at our house. Kerry is 100% with his time commitment - he was here when he said he would; and he kept us informed throughout. I've used several plasterers in the past. Kerry is definitely a top professional; I'd not hesitate to re-engage Kerry for any plastering/gib stopping work."

"We contacted Kerry as we had a bowed ceiling due to a previous leak and wanted to get it removed and replaced between tenancies. He came out to look at it on the Sunday for us and started work the next day which was actually a Public Holiday! We were thrilled. The damaged boards were removed and replaced and the first stage of gibstopping completed that first day. He came back the following two days for subsequent coats and sanding. He also offered to paint but we had paint left over from a previous job however he imparted some great painting tips onto me. His workmanship is top quality and he left the room very clean and tidy. He is very friendly and I would definitely use him again."

"We were doing a small extention to our kitchen, and was recommened to use Kerry, by my son in law, who had said he was very good, well i have been painting for 40 years and have never seen gibstopping as good! "My husband is SUPER fussy about the tradespeople we use preferring to do just about everything himself, but after asking Kerry to do some gib-stopping in our first house (at the recommendation of a friend) we now do not use ANYONE else! We've even nicknamed him "The Master of Plaster"!!! :)

On one job where we had complex plaster cornices that could no longer be purchased, he hand-plastered, in situ, replacement sections in the missing/damaged areas. When needed he has also done painting prep and finishing for us well.

Kerry has done many jobs for us now over the last 14 years. His workmanship is top quality, plus he is friendly, reliable, tidy and fairly priced. If you need some gib-stopping done, I can't recommend Kerry enough. Call him today!"
