"Just had a job to replace some light fittings where the drivers failed. I came across Kinetic Electrical and was super impressed with the comms from the office team. Dallas the electrician was brilliant - I was running late to get back home from work and he was super accomodating about it. Explained the process (I had no idea that these lights needed drivers!), gave me some options on price ranges of lights, and did the job super quick so I could get back to work.
Amazing service and support… given from the office staff to the workers. Legends."

"I run a small coffee cart business and after complaints from the neighbours regarding my noisy stinky generator I realised I very quickly needed to get plugged into power. "The Kinetic Electrical crew came and sorted out a range of little problems e.g they replaced a bathroom light fan fixture and created external vent for it, replaced light bulbs, installed 2 new fans, repaired a light fitting that had dropped from the ceiling (!). "I didn't have to wait long to receive my quote. Jamie sent me a detailed quote for the different work I needed done so I knew what each job would cost. The workers got stuck into the work quickly - one job was rewiring a garage which must have been difficult with no other lighting at this time of year & not a pleasant day to be working outdoors as they had to run a new wire out to the garage in wet conditions. All staff were friendly. Jamie had to research to find a suitable range hood to… meet my requirements. I was advised in a timely manner there was a delay with the range hood so this job was scheduled at a later date after it arrived from Auckland . I was happy with all the work done & would highly recommend this business to others."

"Matt arrived early which was great as it allowed me to give a quick brief before getting off to work.
Matt had a couple of suggestions which I was happy with from what I had planned.
The work was done to a high standard, Matt called when he had finished to let me know what was done and to confirm what I wanted done with the Dog and key as they locked up and left.
Rather than complete one task and possibly leave me with an outlet I would have to have changed later as I was unsure what I… wanted. Matt suggested to save me some dollars, he was happy to come back once I had decided on what specific hardware I wanted installed. I appreciated this.

"Called in the morning for a broken hot water cylinder, and Sam showed up at the door in the early afternoon! After investigation, Sam explained the faulty and proposed the solution. The fix was done efficiently and brought the hot water cylinder back in working order. Sam also cleaned the dust around the cylinder and moved the furniture back (the water cylinder was blocked by furniture). Very happy with Sam's workmanship, and highly recommend KineticElectrical if you need an electrician. Thank… you."

Jamie has excellent reviews on here, and is local to me, so it was a no brainer to contact him for the work needed. I wasn't disappointed, he promptly sorted out the immediate issues with a high quality of workmanship, and explained what was needed clearly. "Both our hot water cylinders stopped working over the weekend. Jamie arrived on site about 45 minutes after we contacted him. Accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. "very pleased with job. (First called Kinetic Electrical in July when discovered had lost power to garage and dryer not working. Jamie came same day and got power restored. Arranged to come another day to fit new lights in garage. In the mean time, fuse at pole on street 'blew' and Wellington Electricity guy said Mains i.e. where power enters house not safe due to age.So I mentioned this to Jamie to look at when he came to do lights in garage. He checked out mains, quoted and arranged on day… and time to suit me installation of new Mains entry box box etc."

"Jamie came out and talked me through the options for putting computer cabling throughout the house. He was able to work with me to develop a solution that worked best for our circumstances. Sam came out a few days later and sorted out all the cabling that needed to be done quickly and cleanly. He then tested all the work and made sure I was happy with the results. "Jamie and Sam did a great job when we renovated our bathroom. They were easy to contact and kept us on the loop for the duration of the project and also communicated well with the other tradesmen involved. They made great suggestions that we would not have thought of, such as the strip lights in the bath nook and under the mirror cabinet. "Absolutely great service. We had some unexpected electrical issues with the water heater (resulting in no hot water) and Jamie managed to accommodate and respond to my request very quickly. He found and fixed the issue in no time and even changed a couple of our old fuses while he was at it, as they were potentially going to lead to other problems. He explained what the issues were and gave me some advice on future electrical improvements. Also, the price for the service was very reasonable.… Highly recommended!"

"Jamie has done a few jobs for us over the last 6 months, the work completed is to an extremely high standard and you know that he will show up when he says he will and complete the job in a timely manner.
I wouldn't use any other electrician and will higly recommend to family and friends.
