    "Had a technician come and remove old vhf aerial and requested to replace old uhf aerial to a new one. The technician removed the old vhf aerial and said the uhf aerial is ok condition. I told him when it rains and is windy we loose signal, he tested the signal (on a sunny day) and said it was ok and probably the old vhf aerial is causing the signal problem when it moves in the wind.
    He charged me for a new 2 meter long cable for the tv to plug into the wall - and the total bill cost the same amount it says on the website for a uhf replacement- bit he did not replace it.

    When it rains and is windy we still loose signal. Even with vhf removed.

    Rip-off, doesn’t listen properly to complaint, total cowboy

    "These guys are total cowboys. Installed an aerial for us and broke a tile in the process and then tried to fix it with a piece of plastic. As a result, our roof leaked and then 8 months later the aerial has fallen down and is unusable. I have contacted Eric and he is blocking all my calls and taking no responsibility. Complete Cowboys avoid at all costs.

    "The CCTV has not been able to connect with iPhone and I have requested for assistance by e-mail long ago. However, there was no response which I then had to call their customer serivce directly. On site service was also terrible. The repairman came into the office without any notice. He was very rude, impolite and Defiant!!!!!! The CCTV is still within warranty protected period and there's no hardware damage but the man asked for $50 otherwise he won't help. Meanwhile, we called the sales man, Eric to address the problem. Surprisingly, he said he already offered us 50% discount, it should be $100. It's unbelievable and unexceptable."

    "Requested by email to repair my freeview , which has lost signal. The freeview box (not dish version) sits under the TV.
    All they did was take my sky dish cable and tuned my tv to receive freeview. This is not what was requested. All of this for $135. I then contacted them ( they only seem to communicate by text) that i was not happy what they have done as I wanted my freeview box to receive signal as was this is what we use. After a few messages Carl agreed to come out the next day at 2pm. I text him that i could make it a bit earlier. He said he is just having lunch an then heading my way. Appprox 2:15 no show. I left at 2:25. Long story short - terrible communication. Not doing what was requested or communicating if wanting to change scope of works.

    Also now not prepared to refund.

    Will definitely not recommend to others.

    "A serious improvement to communication is required. The work was for a tenanted property and the job request specifically asked for the tenant to be contacted to arrange a time. They just turned up, then phoned when on site. A second time was organised and they failed to turn up. And then they turned up on a Sunday afternoon, again without contacting the tenant, and just started doing the work without discussion. not at all good enough,. If it was a product I'd be sending it back. I have been offered a reasonable discount however there was not a genuine understanding of how poor the service was or the impact."

    "After seeing their website, and the helpful list of jobs they had done, and approximate prices, I thought I would book a job for my house, which was a 14 year old house, with a pre-freeview antenna, and no signal through to my Freeview digital TV. Easy install, old aerial installed on loft space, and existing cabling. Told them it would need new coax and wall sockets as the signal is bad (Signal strength = 6 quality = 0 according to my TV). The tech that came to my house put a new aerial in, great, but still no signal on the TV. He said he was only able to put up aerials, I would need an electrician to do the replacement cabling. I paid for the aerial, and I ended up going down to Jaycar electronics, bought some RG6 cable, and went home and did the job myself in 45 mins."

    "I submitted a query via the Kiwi Antenna website late on the eve of Good Friday when I couldn't sleep due to the clanging noise caused by our swaying antenna hitting our roof in the strong winds. I didn't think I'd get a response over the long weekend, but Eric emailed me back almost instantly and after a series of emails to diagnose the problem agreed to come around the very next day to take down our defunct antenna..which he did and for a very reasonable price given it was a public holiday too. A very friendly guy who is passionate about his work and leaving the area clean, even cutting up the old antennae into pieces so it would fit into our recycling bin. I've no hesitation in recommending Eric's services."

    "Eric fitted us in at short notice, and came on a Sunday after another guy completely let us down on the previous Friday.

    Eric was punctual, efficient, and very very reasonably priced. He replaced our old UHF aerial, installed a new one, and tested the signal.

    Several windy and rainy summer's days later, the signal is still perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Top job! Thanks Eric!"
