"Really impressed with Kris. From start to finish he has been a great tradesman to work with. He returned my call promptly and was very informative when he did the house call. Then he answered all my additional questions (by email). His quote was good, he was able to fit the job in extremely quickly, and he cleaned up after - so well it was better than when he came. We asked him for additional work at the same time and the price came in far better than we had hoped. Shiv was also friendly, helpful, and so good at cleaning! Called the next morning with clear breakdown of costs and arrived on the dot, did a check, cleaned and replaced and set up a new remote for her. "Got Kooltech to install a 2 x heat pumps in my house.Kris took care of all the requirements and we given him the key to the house and when we returned we found that the work had been completed and house was left all clean.Very pleases with service and the efforts the company took to carry out install as I was turned down by 2 x companies who could not carry out the work because of the difficult install .Kris found a way to do the work and supplied a certificate of compliance too"
