"It was a pleasure to deal with Kris who organised the job and sent Gino andJordan to replace an existing rangehood for us. They removed the old one and replaced it with a new one. They arrived punctually, were very pleasant and set to work quickly and efficiently, completing the job in a professional manner. They left the kitchen in a clean state, removing the old rangehood from the house. "Kris & crew were organised by our project manager to do the electrical bits for our kitchen refurbish. Jamie did an amazing job with great attention to detail. He was super helpful & bent over backwards to assist with a separate lighting issue for me. We didn't realise they did extractor ducting as well & had a huge debacle with another company. After some searching I realised KR did ducting, contacted Kris & he had it sorted in a matter of days. Gino turned up when he was supposed to & was very professional too. Highly impressed with these guys & will be recommending to anyone & everyone. They also ended up being cheaper than the muppets from the other company!"

"We were in a spot. Having been mucked around by two tradies from two companies, one did an extra astronomical charge without informing me when I first did a tel enquiry; the other taking a long time to do the job, and eventually caved in.
In my desperation I contacted KR electrical, Kris was professional and helpful. He didn’t muck around. Heard my plight and willingly squeezed me in between jobs for today. Today,s communication was v prompt. Delay from the earlier job meant tradies Martin and Cullen will be later, they made sure I knew thru Kris. Extremely accountable.
I’ve been in nz for 2 decades and have dealt with many electricians, even the mediocre one I’ve used, I didn’t realise he is mediocre till KR team showed up today at 2pm. In 3 hours, they had so much accomplished. Better to pay these guys to do a decent day’s work than a bit cheaper for a half baked job that gets no where in the end! Two companies even charging higher rates for apprentice which I had turned down. But for Cullen, he worked the entire hour he was there and so it’s really bang for buck!
KR team is the A team! They will be my sparky from today on and I highly recommend them to the whole of auckland and if I can to the world! I’m that serious! Book them and You will have me to thank for the rest of your life!"
