"Wow hate moving at the best of times but this company is outstanding
Their service was quick prompt and nothing was too much for them. They moved me and then the next morning dropped off some furniture to my daughters as well. At all times were polite and caring about my treasures. 1 light unfortunately broke which they promptly fixed and returned the next day . Now that is what I call service above and beyond! "The reviews on here say all I need to say really. We are co-working spaces that have recently moved our initial 2 buildings in to 1. We wanted to split this in to 2 moving dates so it wasn't such a long haul. Needless to say that after a a pretty traumatising experience with a company called Moving Auckland (We've now learnt from our mistakes and take my advice, don't even look in to them - I'm currently logging the experience with small claims) we were starting to doubt the reliability of Auckland's moving services. We were in a haste after this experience to find a new company before our move out date. I found Jamie and his team from Pro Moving Services via the stellar reviews on No Cowboys and proceeded to book with them. On the day the team arrived and were all efficient, friendly and were rearing to go. The move was easy and stress free with the payment at the end being completely transparent with no additional surprise costs. "Moving in my book is a horrendous experience. I wasn’t looking forward to this at all. Jamie Hood and Pro Movers made my anxiety and worries disappear. We started with a walk through with Jamie . Shifting began with just two men but later got to 5.
What impressed me the most was their quiet efficiency. They very quickly got the job done because there was no wasted time. The men were all fit and strong and nothing seemed a bother. The destination was a Storage building. Unloading was quick so there was time for some fun with my hats. I would have loved to have seen that.
Great bunch of men well lead by a good leader. I would recommend Jamie and Pro-movers to anyone.

"Jamie and crew moved me from the North Shore to central Auckland. Jamie quoted within an hour of my initial request. I received a text the night before confirming the times for the following day, and they arrived on time. "Having moved more times that we care to remember, in the UK, Canada and here - we can both say that Jamie and his team at Pro Movers were by far the best company we have moved with.

"Move completed on Monday, 01 November 2021 under Level 3 Lockdown. Got a text the night before confirming everything was still all set. The three guys (Conrad, Isaiah, and Jack) arrived just on time, even a bit early. Our move-out townhouse was three levels with narrow stairs. But they made it look so easy. Nothing was a problem or drama. All furniture was well protected and arrived in perfect condition, including glass table tops. Wholeheartedly recommend them, and whenever moving again will use them."

"Conrad & Isaiah were extremely professional from the moment the stepped out of the truck. Introducing themselves with a big smile & handshake certainly made me feel I am dealing with someone who values customer service; all details such as what had to be moved first & what items would need extra care, was noted & carried out flawlessly. What impressed me the most was how much care went into shifting the items! At no stage did I think any damage would occur because they both came across as knowing exactly how to handle heavy loads as well as communicating with each other on how to overcome obstacles. "Pro Moving Services Ltd recently handled our furniture removal from Gulf Harbour to Katikati.

From the outset Jamie and his team handled the task with the utmost courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. The team were helpful, super friendly and coped with our extensive inventory quickly and easily. "We Used Pro Moving services today for moving house. Jamie and his team were friendly , on time for the job and fast . They made moving house a breeze and were very helpful, also went out of their way to hook up washing machine for me . After bringing the big heavy fridge/ freezer inside the house I decided it would be better in the garage and they moved it back out of the house for me and Into the garage with no hesitation. There are too many horror stories out there from the larger chains. I believe I saw somebody recommend these guys on Reddit, so I did my research and all I could find was rave reviews, so it was an easy choice. I'm happy to add my testimonial to the list. "I've never previously needed movers and sought recommendations on local Facebook groups to make a short list. Pro Moving Servicies were always mentioned with very positive responses so they made my short list.

They were fantastic. Jamie and his team turned up spot on time and did a great job. There were some awkward lifts, since some large items of upstairs furniture had to be carried downstairs at the old house and upstairs at the new one. At one stage they thought they might have to partially dismantle some items (which they were prepared to do) but in the end after much twisting and turning they managed to get them downstairs in one piece. And no scratches/marks at all on either the furniture or the walls! We were very impressed with them and on the basis of this one experience of using them I would strongly recommend them. I couldn’t fault them.

They charged $110 + gst/hr, which was also the best rate we found (although we chose them more for the fact that a neighbor who was moving in at the time next door to our old house and was using them recommended them)."

"I have nothing but praise for Jamie & his co worker, im so sorry ive forgotten your name. I rang Jamie 2 weeks out from wanting to move. He said hang on il jst check my diary...yes we can do it. Jst like that all my stress disappeared. He gave me a quote on price & ... see u in 2 weeks. I got a confirmation email a day later & the day before i moved he txted me. They arrived on time & i was moving from Papakura to Waimauku. It took 3hrs 15mins to load up, drive & unload. Admittedly i didnt have a big houselot to move bt they were fast, efficient, courteous, & patient when i couldnt find my wallet with my carkey in it before we leff old address.
