    "We done telemarketing work for Amy Anderson from the Hobsonville office of LJ Hooker.
    After we sent the work with the invoice Amy Refused to pay us saying she wasn\'t going to use our telemarketing leads or better appraisals we arranged for her to do to serious people very keen to sell their homes. She was very nasty about and told us in certain terms to get lost and never to conntact her again. But funny this only happened when she received the apraisal via e-mail and had already phoned half of the 30 or more home owneres on the list.

    Well she had what she wanted and didn\'t think she should pay for it.

    So we had to contact all the home owners on the list and tell them we had to arrange appraisals with another agent. As e felt she shouldnt get the business of appraising houses because she didn\'t want to pay for it.s

    For our surprise she had contacted all home owners on the list, set up appointments and gave them very bad feed back about us.

    She told the home owners we were a big scam going around and put them against us. Althought didn\'t work for about 10 who kew well who we were. Yet for the rest, she made out she was a victim, hard done by this telemarketers .

    When we put the home owners straight and told them we would arrange other agent for the appraisals, 3 of the home owners had already listed with her without knowing and told us they couldn\'t cancell the contracts.

    Than our boss got a nusty e-mail telling us to stop contacting the people on the list we provide to Amy Anderson. So my boss explained she had no right to use the list. He told us he would report us that wew were doing ilegal things.

    He clearly supported amy Anderson for using our list she had not paid for and had no rights to use. He told us he didn\'t care what she did as long as she got a listing. WOW, great management material.

    He added that he would send the police after us. WHAT Who was the criminal here They should go after them not us.

    It makes me wander how little moral can some real estate agents have. However we also delt with very gunuine agents, but we will never touch LJHooker again.

    We recently put our house in the market, not far from Amy Anderson\'s office. If she paid us our $250 than she would have got our listing plus the listing around the corner from one of my husbunds friends.

    We had many flyers and e-mails from agents contacting us regarding our private sale, icredibly one from Amy her Self, not knowing who we were.

    Yes we took all the offrs from the agents and picked another agent. He succefully sold our house and our friends house. As for Amy she got nothing but a bad name on our neibourhood.

    I think what goes around comes around, so it pays to pay your bills.

    She may had got 4 listings out of our leads. However she could have got many more coming including those two mentioned. But she killed the duck that layed the golden eggs. What a Dumb decision. She lost at least 50k for her company for not paying $250 telemarketing fee.

    "Dreadful!! To srat with the service was adequete, though have to pay nearly $400 finders fee for a six month lease seemed steep. Then at the end of the contract which expired on a monday we moved on the weekend. I had over paid by a week and when seeking to get this money refunded was shafted around. Firstly called on friday, said they would sort that monday and call me back. I called on Tuesday, yes we would sort that payment is straight away. Called back on Thursday away at lunch so left a message to call back. Called back at the end of the day and finally they say yes we will repay two days of the over payment. Like no you need to repay five days. OK they say we will have to look at a calander and get back to you, still no response. Just leaves a bad taste in the mouth they are happy tp take money but when it comes to repaying an overpayment, firstly it is inaccurate and secondly it is like pulling teeth. I now need to pay my new landlady her rent yet still waiting for something back from Margaret. Who now no longer calls me she gets her office boy to do it, the cowadice. Just front up margaret and get it sorted. Never again with these fellas, and I\'ll be sure to let everyone know"

    "We have been long term tenants of the property for over 2.5 years and had paid over $57000 in rent to date, always in advance by auto-payment and never owe any money - NEVER. We loved the place we are staying at and had always kept it immaculous. However, a poorly drafted rent increase notice by Mr Johnson had left us owe (merely) $40. And when we tried to discuss the poor communication with Mr Johnson. We were screamed at and threathened over the phone within minutes of discussion. This is not the first time we got yelled at by him (previously during a discussion for the agent not giving any notice prior for property inspection). This is how they deal with their long term and stable client. Potential landlords and tenants: Be ware of this office!"
