"Craig turned a very stressful situation for me into a very positive one. He was incredibly quick to respond when I first contacted him and took the time to find a very specific and unique fault that neither of us were expecting. He could have easily done a minimal check and left me a basic answer after he visited, but went through every possible option until he found out what was wrong and fixed it accordingly. This included more than one visit, and at no point was he dismissive of my concerns or the information I was giving him.

His communication has been exemplary, as he walked me through every test he was doing so I knew what was going on but also learning more about how my house has been wired.

Every option for fixing my issue was communicated to me clearly, and he focused on making sure there were minimal disruptions or changes to the house. His eventual final fix meant the fix was well concealed, and also alerted me to a potential future problem which I was able to take to the original builders of the house to be looked at.

If I ever have future electric problems, Craig is the first person I will be contacting."

"I contacted Craig early in the morning at the start of the Easter long weekend along with another couple of numbers on no cowboys. Craig reached out immediately to me. A main circuit breaker was tripping, even though it seemed to have no connected load. Craig helped me over the phone to isolate the fault location and identify the problem. I was able to restore power in my house myself within a couple of hours with Craig's help for free. The other electricians I had contacted earlier asked me for a callout fees of $250.
I will be keeping Craig number safe and become his regular customer. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than him."

"Overall we are very happy with Craig's service. We need help to install a new ceramic cooktop that have to cover two awkward cut outs left by the old cooktop and its control panel. We weren't quite sure the model we eyed on is the right size. So before we purchased, we called Craig on a Saturday morning. He came almost straight away to have a look and confirmed he could install the cooktop for us. On the day of installation, Craig arrived on time, got the laminate benchtop cut, added the support beams under and got the new cooktop installed within an hour. It's great to have an electrician that can also do handyman work. Would highly recommend and happy to use again."
