With excellent communication, efficient work and service we have been able to deliver some high quality job to customers in a very short timeframe. It is no small feat to complete remove an entire roof, clean the roof space and then sufficiently tarp the roof to make it… weathertight while awaiting the new roofing materials to be installed. Great attributes when dealing with any contractor but especially when it involves Asbestos removal.
The job entailed removing asbestos tiles from our wooden floor as part of our renovations with the intention of then been able to get the newly exposed Tawa native tinber floorboards polished. The Asbestos tiles were well adhered and I imagine a right B@rstard to get off with out damaging the boards but Dean and his team did… it!

LAS was involved in removing 90% of the class B ACM material in controlled manner while some of the areas were still tenanted. The team did very good job with the enclosures and exclusion zones set-up. All the products were well bagged and disposed off with right protocols in place. The team was flexible, worked day-shifts/ night shifts as requested and… required. 100%"For our bathroom renovation we needed the removal of fibrolite with asbestos under tiles. The work was meticulously carried out by Dean and his team (Alan and Raymond). Safety procedures were well maintained and dust was carefully contained and removed. An important aspect for us was that the work began on schedule and completed in the appointed two days, meaning that the liason with rhe tiler and plumber was absolutely seamless. Great work.

We recently required some asbestos to be removed from one of our sites. We have used several removal companies previously and had the same consistent issues, showing up a 2-3 days late, missing pieces, damaged soffits, the list goes on.
