"I have never seen such an organised and efficient, and highly professional tradesperson in my life, until I met Mark Swords, when he came to sort the electrical work around the house.

Everything Mark does, gets done methodically and thoroughly, with great professionalism and a friendly smile. He gives very reasonable quotes, and does what he says he'll do.

He completes jobs in record timing, and leaves the place clean and tidy. He was so great, that I had to ask him to do more jobs for us, including jobs which other people couldn't do.

Our lights kept flickering, bulbs kept blowing, and power kept going on and off intermittently, and sometimes would blow the fuse. Over the last couple of years or more, all the other electricians said they couldn't find any problem.

Mark immediately checked all the house, sorted the faulty wiring, found and replaced the old problem switches and light bulbs, and very cleverly mastered the work that the 6 other electricians couldn't. He also explained things so that we could understand.

So we also got him to replace the old garage door opener and remotes, and install a security camera system for the house. Meanwhile he also fixed a faulty TV cable, which we thought was an aerial problem, and got the TV working better than ever before! He also pointed out potentially dangerous electrical leads in the garage that we didn't even know were a problem! Now, finally, we feel very safe in the house!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his team, who not only come when they are supposed to, but finish in good time also, with the work fully and professionally completed!

I can absolutely say that Mark Swords is the one who gets it done!"

"Our hot water cylinder was not heating yesterday evening and we were unable to make contact with any electricians or plumbers. **Why none of them pick up their phones after 5pm??**.
Found Mark on the nocowboys search. He was very friendly on the phone and was very responsive with texts. He came to replace our thermostat on the same day and had the job completed in no time. Tenants are now happy with hot water again. Thanks for being able to come at such short notice."

"I can highly recommend Mark and Wayne. I wanted to install some deck lighting and change and install a few new light fittings around the house. I found their recommendations and service excellent and would have no hesitation in using them again. "Highly recommended Mark Sword's company. I had a previous electrician whom he was sent several times to fix the problem to no avail. I even had to pay for a new Circuit breaker upon his recommendation which I did and the problem persists. I called Mark for a second opinion to check the Hob and the oven and he solved the problem. My tenants reported he was on the roof and inside looking for any other causes that contributed to the power surge that keeps turning off the oven and the hob when it is turned on. I am very satisfy with Mark and would highly recommend him. I will use him again when needed."

"This team quite simply one of the best I've ever encountered as far as tradespeople go. No problem too small or big, and every job a challenge rather than a nuisance to be passed on or avoided. The problem of installing a switch in an inaccessible place was accomplished in no time with the help of a cellphone, and a seemingly unfixable lighting fault has given no trouble since their last visit. These guys are not only capable, they know all kinds of technology backwards and they can come up with some
very clever solutions to tricky problems.

"I have never used another electrician since I met Mark, about at least 10 years ago. Mark and Wayne have done my business work and private work, and as an Architectural Design Consultant, I also refer him to my clients. I have never had a job that he could not handle, which includes not just power, but telephone, ethernet, smoke detection and burglar system type work. When Mark is busy, which is normal for him, he accommodates my demands effortlessly. The person who commented about \'not wanting the job\' is a bit unfair. When someone says \'I am very busy\', that is a polite way of saying \'I cannot accommodate you immediately\', it is not a brush off, we all have to do this sometimes. Mark has my vote anytime."
