He was the only builder who was first to point out that one of our wall was not a load-bearing one and that really changed the whole design. 98%"Mighty Build carried out a major renovation and extension of our 1930s house in Lower Hutt, right through the period of building supply shortages and Covid. We were really impressed with Bryce's organisation and resourcefulness, which saw us unaffected by the supply shortages due to his forward planning. We were also impressed with Bryce's high level of communication throughout, and responsiveness to project changes and adjustments, and good advice offered throughout. 100%"I came across Might Build by chance as they were working in the same street and I thought I'll give them a go as I have been trying to engage someone to do this work for about a year and a half with no luck. Within the hour Bryce was at the house, we introduced ourselves, talked about the house and there on Bryce was in charge of the whole process of recladding/extension of the whole house including the Architect, Engineers and the City Council. Bryce and his team were easy to get along and… most importantly listened and incorporated minor changes that I had to make along the way - me being a novice in this area. The team were reliable and professional and that showed in the work that was superb and Bryce kept in constant contact and updated me at every hurdle. 95%"Bryce stepped in, in the middle of the project when other builders had failed us. Bryce took over the site and very efficiently managed the job from then on. We were kept in the loop from start to finish and the job was completed on time and to a high standard.
The team is very honest, arrived on time and take pride at their work. Bryce did not take any shortcuts and the quality of the build was evident when all the inspections passed with flying colours. The paperwork for the Code of… Compliance was completed and the CoC came through without any problems.

Bryce has been helpful with providing advice during the reclad and suggested a few changes that saved us on unnecessary labour hours. The team also fixed areas that the other builder had done incorrectly.

100%"I contacted Mighty Build for a quote for a seat with planter boxes. Bryce was quick to respond to my inquiry and his pricing was very competitive. His team had a good work ethic, were friendly and very efficient. They kept the work area tidy and safe at all times. The final product was great!! It looks even better now it has been stained.
While Bryce was here I asked him to check out the leak in my conservatory roof. Over the last eight years, a variety of trades people have offered… 'quick fixes' but the conservatory still leaked! Bryce took photos on the roof and explained what the problem was. He had some flashing custom made for the roof and it was installed within a few days. It hasn't leaked since! So happy. :-)
