"I taught I am going to be stress doing Reno as I heard lots of horror stories, it turn out to be stress free working with Ebi. I have high respect on Ebi attitude toward his work ethic. He don’t do shortcut. He is very attention to details. He is also very reasonable with his quote. I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. "Ibrahim quoted on a job for us in my wife's aged mum's house. It was a tricky job to quote and difficult to do well, given it was a minor structural failure, invisible from the outside. Ibrahim and Matt arrived on time, quietly assessed what they had to do and started. I used to be a builder. These two are surgeons. They made a beautiful job and finished in time to help with another small issue. I didn't have to ask - they just bought the tools back in and went to it. Brilliant. I would not… hesitate to recommend these men for whatever building job you have to do."

"Ebrahim and his team provided me with a super quality job on my project at my house renovating ground floor bathroom and my 1st floor bathroom knocked internal walls in the kitchen with ease and on time I’m very happy with their professionalism and tidiness of their work I have recommended them to my friends which he has also done a very good job, Ibrahim has a strong and straight forward communication with me and I’m going to use him for any future work I may have at my property ."

"These guys are totally worth it! We'd been attempting to have our late 60s home undergo renovations for years but could never find anyone willing to tackle such a big task. Ebi and Keagan absolutely knocked it out of the park. Multiple bathrooms redone, new walls throughout the home, a new deck, every door in the house, and everything else besides no matter how big or small - they made it all easy. Building, plumbing, painting, electrical they had a wonderful team and every base covered. Great… communication and worked to ensure everything was comfortably in our budget. Absolutely contacting them for any future projects!"

"I’m a happy costumer)of Modern Building Ltd, they are so awesome I have really good pricing from them to do a deck at my backyard. Great communication skills. "I highly recommend this company (Morden Building Ltd). In the current challenging economy we are in, I use this company to renovate my bathroom, kitchen and a new deck, their creative thought process, and excellent management skills, with a keen sense of always looking at a better way to get the project done. Their staff has also been top-notch taking the same approach with some very tight (fast paced) construction schedules.
I would highly recommend Modern Building Ltd for whatever type of… project you maybe considering.

I would use them again for some little project around my house that need fixing."
