"Absolute gold dust. Moving Maids were completely brilliant helping us to shift house. The packing team were friendly and efficient, and not one item got lost or broken. The company have a good relationship with one moving company, so we booked everything through Moving Maids and the whole operation was incredibly smooth and stress-free. On moving day, my husband and I were snoozing on recliners in the sunshine while the men loaded the truck! The actual shift went seamlessly with nothing getting lost or damaged and not one wall being bumped in either the old or new house. The team were all so careful, respectful, friendly and efficient. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I can't even imagine trying to pack on my own. A total life-saver for me since I have CFS. Very reasonably priced, too."

"These guys are absolutely awesome.

We used them to get a regular clean done at our house, as well as a moving out clean when we vacated the property.

We had tons of issues with the reliability of other cleaning companies. They often wouldn't turn up when they said they would, or kept changing their prices with little notice. Moving Maids were the complete opposite - extremely reliable, and also very well priced.

The quality of cleaning was always great, a really thorough job done every time. For the moving out clean the place was left in an amazing state. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a regular clean, or a moving out clean, they won't disappoint!"

"After my daughter cooked a self saucing pudding in a dish way to small and it overflowed onto the bottom of my oven i realised i had 2 choices. Buy a new oven or get someone in to clean it.

"Joe brought in his team to pack our home and then do a final clean prior to handover to the new owners. Moving Maids did an OUTSTANDING job of both tasks. All our household possessions arrived without any damage in clearly labelled boxes that made unpacking easy. The team did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning the house - the real estate agent commented she rarely saw a house handed over in such clean condition and the new owner was thrilled she could just move straight in without having to clean anything."

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out I had 3 dedicated hard workers on the job, Nicki , chrystal and Loscie.

Communication was great, could tell the ladies were having fun with the job and did a truly spectacular job! The house looks better than when I moved in.

"Joe and his assistant did a first rate job packing a large house lot ready for moving by Conroy Movers from Silverdale to Havelock North. The packing that Joe did for us included several boxes of fine china, valuable glass, paintings and sculptures. When the items arrived in Havelock North we were so impressed about how well everything was wrapped. In all I think we had about 80 large cartons of belongings.
While Joe was packing I was disconnecting our washing machine and noting I was having some difficulty he gladly came to my assistance.
Based on my experience I would use his services again. This guy was fantastic."

"We had a great experience with Moving Maids, one of the smoothest house moves I've ever had. The communication with Joe was awesome, always timely replies. He came round and worked up a cleaning and packing quote for us the day after we contacted him. The cleaners did an amazing job on the new place before we moved in, and the bond left our old place immaculate (got our full bond back). "Joe and the team just packed and unpacked my whole house in 5 hours! 3 hours packing and 2 hours unpacking. They were amazing! Great service. Awesome work. Right from the start it has been an effortless experience. Joe promptly came to see us, look around the house at he could provide a quote

Before we started the job, Joe answered all my questions quickly and I felt like everything was under control. Often when you are moving it feels like things are slightly out of control - and this is the difference that Moving Maids makes - gives you back peace of mind and comfort in these stressful situations.

On the actual day, the team turned up and were fantastic. Everything packed so well, and I loved the fact the key contents of the box were written on the outside. Makes a huge difference when you have to prioritise what boxes are getting unpacked first!

For the moving company I used, it made it so much faster in that they just needed to grab boxes and go (as well as the big furniture of course). This will save time in the moving service when things are all packed well.

Then two days later the team were back to clean the house before the tenants moved in - another amazing service. When we were busy with the unpacking at the new house, Joe and team were doing their magic at the other house! The tenants are super happy with their new digs - and Moving Maids played a massive part in that outcome!

Would I use Moving Maids again, oh yes!! And I've been telling everyone about the service.

I cannot recommend Moving Maids enough. Not only did Joe thwart an attempted burglary at my house when meeting me to provide a quote (1 week from our move out date), he stayed at our property until the police arrived, gave a statement & even waited onsite while I returned to my workplace to get my laptop so I could work from home for the rest of the week. That was just the start of his outstanding service & attention to detail. With our move being on a weekend, he worked to get a team together for a Saturday & when it came to the clean itself, it was absolutely faultless & the house looked better than the day we moved in! Right from the start Moving Maids were easy to deal with. They were quick to quote the job and offered extras, like the oven and windows.
On the day, they turned up on time and did a fantastic job. The place was spotless and shiny. The kitchen cupboards looked as they were when we installed them and the windows glistened.
