About us
MTC Property Management with a team of up to eight people, offers lawn, garden and property care services to the northern Auckland suburbs up to Leigh in the Matakana Coast.
What we do
MTC delivers the property improvement and garden services we promise. Not being the cheapest means we have the time to deliver solid services, ensure clients are happy with the result and clean up and finalise the work properly at completion. We don't just rush to do the minimum and leave. We actively work to form an ongoing relationship with our clients to improve the value of their property.

"We’ve been using MTC Property Management to help service our coastal property on Takatu Road which is a 2-hectare site. They've been able to assist with lawn mowing and general landscaping maintenance services, which makes a big difference given the size of the block. The team is always reliable, quick to respond, and very easy to communicate with. We’ve been really pleased with the standard of care and would happily recommend them."

"Jono and crew did an incredible job weed whacking my overgrown lawn around my tiny house, weaving seamlessly around garden beds and compost bins.
They also water blasted the concrete pad that my house sits on as well as a stone wall. This had never been done before. Was hazardous and slippery, now looks tidy and clean.
They Cleared leaves and debris from around storage bins. Pulled weeds from cracks in the concrete. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Very professional, reliable and easy to book in to do the work."

"MTC Property Management has been managing my lawns at home for a number of months. It involves both the front garden and the rear garden. They come through on a fortnightly basis. Always do a great job, tidy after themselves and arrive when they say they will, or communicate to tell me when things change. Very happy to recommend!"

6 months agoMTC property management have been looking after our family beach property at Omaha for some years now. They have mowed the lawns regularly during this time and carried out any minor maintenance work we have requested and have always done a good job. Recently they did a major makeover of the grounds in order to prepare the property for sale. They listened carefully to what we wanted and did a great job tidying up the place.Jono and John are great to work with, and I would recommend MTC without reservation.
