"Not reliable - with a last minute cancellation of my job booked for today- that too when I emailed them to ask them yesterday morning to confirm that everything was on schedule. I was told they’d double booked me- so surely they could have informed me way earlier as I had booked the job with Kam over a month ago. I had planned for Kam to do the window cleaning this week as based on his confirmation I had booked the pest control team to come next weekend to spray the cleaned windows for flies and spiders. Full time working bread-earners like me can’t suddenly take leave from our work to now fit in the cleaning job over a weekday, when it suits the service provider. I’ve had a terrible experience and won’t be using this company ever or recommending this company for jobs if you’re looking for reliability."

"I called Rosemary at short notice for an emergency clean at our rental property. The apartment had been neglected and was looking pretty rough, but we needed it looking sharp for viewings over the weekend. Rosemary was fantastic with her communication, gave me a quote straight away and we organised the clean for Saturday morning. The team arrived on time and were really organised in terms of battle plan and equipment. I was kept updated about any issues (but nothing seemed to be too much of a problem). "While I was mostly happy with the experience with No. 1 Cleaning Solutions there were aspects of the work that left me less than satisfied, then when these issues were raised I wasn't very pleased with the response and excuses. Especially for specific areas that required extra attention that were pointed out during the initial meeting and then were missed. I ended up cleaning myself. A good service if your short of time but for the cost I would have expected closer attention to detail and not to find rubbish in my bin when it should have been removed as stated.
Kam did however go out of his way to get the job underway with little fuss or wasted time and I appreciate that."

"We were thrilled with the job that No1 Cleaning Solutions has done. The job entailed a total removal of all household items, right down to the carpet and underlay. Then a deep sanitization and clean of the Inside and outside of the property, together with a back yard clean up. Finally a full house wash on the outside. The property was lived in by a hoarder for 27 years. To describe the property inside and outside as absolutely filthy, is an understatement. No1 Cleaning Solutions bought the property back to a superb condition, allowing us clarity to assess our next steps with this property. The gardens were de-cluttered, with overgrown trees and shrubs cut back or removed, and pathways were cleaned and lawns were mowed. Finally furniture and household items that were able to be donated to charity were cleaned and stacked neatly in the garage.
This job was huge. No1 Cleaning Solutions did a fantastic job. The outcome surpassed our expectations. We are thrilled and would highly recommend No1 Cleaning Solutions."

"I had chosen this company to undertake cleaning services. Firstly did not turn up on the date as arranged as they got the day wrong, they squeezed me in on same day where I dealt with Rosemary and very young inexperienced staff who I was told was not the usual team. When cleaning was finished i was disappointed to see that there were many areas not cleaned at all, and was told by rosemary she had forgotten, obviously didnt bother checking on the staff, who new nothing about cleaning. When kam said rosemary could come back I declined as i would of thought that a partner in the company would have done a good job in the first place, and ended up re cleaning myself. It caused a stressfull situation and should never have happened. Very disappointed."

"I contacted Kam after reading some great reviews for end of tenancy clean pricing on the 80+ year old property my family have been renting for the past 10 years. Communications where very timely, clear and courteous and I was provided a very clear break down of the pricing for each specific area and fixture. I needed to revise the initial date of cleaning an this was no problem. I met Rosemary at the location on the morning of the clean to confirm the work to be carried out. I left the cleaning to it returning a couple of days later to check with the landlord. "Although it took a little while to make contact, Kam was very pleasant to deal with, as were the cleaning crew. We hired them to do a long-overdue scouring of kitchen walls, ceiling, bench tops and oven in a small flat prior to painting and some new cabinetry. The job turned out to a bit smaller than originally estimated, and Kam and Rose reduced their original price. Another bonus of using this company was that we were left with absolutely no fumes or troublesome smells

"Contacted Kam over the 'phone about a move-out clean for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and received a quote via email within the hour detailing the total cost along with with the cost of each component (e.g. carpets, fridge, ... etc). Rose and her team arrived on time, we walked through what had to be done and Rose provided an estimated completion time. We left them to it and as arranged Rose texted us when the job was nearly finished. Arrived back and walked through everything again with Rose. I was impressed by the attention to detail, particularly in cleaning the extractor fans in both bathrooms (no mean feat in a house with 10" ceilings) and pulling out the fridge to clean it completely inside and out and the floor underneath given that when I asked for it to be cleaned what I expected was just the inside to be cleaned. This was my first time paying for a move out clean, previously I'd always done it myself, so I don't have anything to compare the work with except my own. I used to think I did a reasonable job but now I realise how much of a difference there is between an amateur and a professional given all the things that Rose pointed out that I would not have even thought to clean. I'll certainly have no hesitation in contacting them for any future cleaning work."

"Kam and Rose were heaven sent to me!! I was at my wit's end trying to deal with the aftermath of my brother's death, not to mention having to deal with his belongings and his small unit. To put it politely, the unit was a "hell-hole pit" after his many years of hoarding. As he had never done any repairs to his place for years, the condition of it was very dirty, messy and broken down. Kam and Rosemary were recommended to me, in very glowing terms, by a lawyer who had engaged them to do a similar deceased estate, which was equally as ghastly. I was most impressed by Kam and Rose - they have a real feeling for the "human" side of their dealings with their clients - are respectful and postive and proud to do their best for people. Kam was willing to take on extra tasks for me, like getting a plumber, locksmith, builder and glass repair person. Although extra repairs were discovered along the way, Kam tackled them all as he went. Rose and her cleaning workmates did a fantastic job of restoring (what I imagined to be irredeemable), all windows, walls , surfaces, light fittings, showers,bench tops, and cupboards to a gleaming pristine state. I am totally happy with the cleaning and repair job they all did, and would recommend them to everyone."

"Kam -Rosemary & Team, were great, they turned up on time, actually early. Rosemary walked thru the house with me, explaining what they were going to be cleaning, referring to the quote they previously sent me.

Which was excellent, the house was cleaned better then when i moved in 3 years earlier, very happy with the service, was informed thru out the day the time they were finishing and to meet. I can't speak highly enough of Rosemary & her team, I will certainly be telling my friends and family about this company, and also of the website No cowboys of where I found this company.

"Can't recommend highly enough. The owner was extremely helpful courteous and although he was busy he extended himself to help me. The team arrived and as he had previously scoped the house he did a walk through with his supervisor detailing what needed to be done. The cleaning team then went about doing the work thoroughly and efficiently. I was also kept in-the-loop throughout the job. The cleaning job was superb in all aspects. Great job Cam. Highly recommended.
By the way this time I used the No Cowboys site to select No1 Cleaning Solutions as previously I didn't and paid a slightly lower price but the job was terrible and my wife and I had to go back and spent two hours finishing their slack cleaning job."
