"We had a contractor who faked an illness just two days before starting our project. Fortunately, Rob stepped in quickly, provided a competitive quote, and collaborated with me, the builder (since we had a connecting deck), and the excavator to ensure the site was suitable for the porcelain pavers. Rob and his apprentice committed to a three-week timeline and successfully delivered on time, completing 110m² of porcelain paving as per the quote. It was a challenging job, but Rob's workmanship… and attention to detail were exceptional. He is truly committed to his craft, which is evident in the quality of his work. We were extremely impressed with the outcome."

The guys were constantly battling the bad weather with rain almost every day of the job but the work was completed on time, on budget and always with a smile. "Rik& Rob did a great job for me, they re-levelled the pavement in my backyard, which had sunk in due to a previous unprofessional job a few years ago. They provided solutions on how to extract water from the house and direct it to the existing drainage. Communication was excellent throughout, and they are both really nice people. I am very happy with the solution they provided to solve my problems, and the way the work was completed. They always arrived on time, which I respect, and I am… very happy with the overall work, quality and price (which was reasonable). I definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future."

"Very happy with Rikki and his team from start to finish.
Job was quoted on a Monday after a phone call in the morning, and started on the Wednesday, finished on the Thursday. Hard to believe how efficiently they worked.
We got great advice to uplift and reuse our old pavers, and the job looks great.
It poured down the day after it was finished, a great test for the work and it was all fine.

"We run a local small plumbing business, we got Villa masonry to cut out a channel of concrete and remove some pavers so we could run a new water main pipe through the driveway to the house. After the pipe was laid we got Villa Masonry back in to re concrete the driveway and reinstate the pavers. Nice and neat cuts and concreting. very professional. Highly recommend.

"Brick is one of the best choices when you need reliable construction materials. So when my wife and I decided to brick our driveway we wanted to make sure we got the right company for the job. We met with many Sub-Contractors who could talk the talk but when you look at their work, it left you wanting. Until we met with Rikki and Rob, they were passionate about the driveway from the get-go. They were happy to share their previous projects with pride. Being local they were able to offer advice… on materials to use, which demonstrated they knew their stuff.

The driveway was undertaken in the agreed time without any unforeseen variations. If they could see an issue arising it was communicated in a way that I (an IT expert) could understand and it always came with a solution.

Our driveway turned out even better than we expected and can now proudly boast to having the best driveway in the neighbourhood. This is down to the efforts of the father and son due, Rikki and Rob.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody thinking of undertaking any masonry works either commercially or around the home."

"Villa Masonry created access to our lawn and built a family-friendly area that made use of our property’s assets.
Rik and Rob worked to an extensive design plan, removed all hard-fill, excavating by hand; included the removal of existing garden beds and tree roots, the cracked concrete pathway and block wall footing. They built new reinforced concrete footings, block walls, brick planter boxes, a concrete pathway, and new steps up the garden path installing up-lights. Blocks and tiles were… laid and also extended existing tile steps.

Rik and Rob created a modern and useable space that compliments our home. It is truly amazing, we love it! Thank you."

Very easy to communicate with in what me and my wife wanted doing at our home.
They turned up on the day they said and finished the job ahead of time to a very high quality.
In a short space of time we went from a mess to fantastic paving and a lovely stack bond block retaining wall.
