"Keri was great! We were looking for a mover who could provide an hourly rate as we had items in multiple locations and didn't have a list of what was where. We found him through no cowboys reviews and he lived up to his rating. Communication was amazing and he was clear and fair in all his dealings. He was also able to.accomadate a slight change of plans due to circumstances out of our control. He was a calm presence on moving day, methodically loading our belongings with appropriate care and at an appropriate pace. He even managed to move our large trampoline without me having to disassemble it."

"Keri & Vinny were exceptional. I moved house from Mangawhai to Gulf Harbour. They were on time, scoped out the house lot, then got straight to work loading the truck precisely & efficiently. Their team work was second to none. Their price was really competitive compared to many & they are really experienced - which is often the difference with many others. I had lots of breakables & not one thing was broken. They were really respectful, easy to communicate with & when we got to the other end, they unloaded & placed the items exactly where I wanted them. "Fully recommend Keri and Vinnie. Keri's comms leading up to the move were good and they arrived on time as scheduled. Our goods (many of them fragile) arrived undamaged and the guys were friendly and pleasant to be around. The only glitch was underestimating the size of the job which meant it probably took longer than it should. However on realising this Keri minimized the impact by altering plans. No hidden/extra costs. We would definitely use them again. Thanks guys."

"Second time I've used this team in as many years, and again they did a great job. The move had its share of challenges - lots of heavy boxes and some large pieces of furniture going to a small 3rd floor apartment in a building with no on site parking.
The narrow corridors didn't make it easy, but everything was safely delivered, with good humour and without drama. Highly recommended."

"Keri and Vinny turned up on time and rescoped the load to move before starting the packing of the truck. They packed carefully and efficiently. On arrival at the new address there were no damaged items and they placed the furniture into the designated rooms quickly. They arranged most of our furniture to my instruction and used their past experience to place other items into logical positions.
Very respectful of us and careful our furniture and the new house .

"I reached out to quite a few moving companies and met with varying responses. Some big companies wanted a full itemized inventory before they would give a quote. I was also very concerned that our destination address would be challenging, as access is up a long narrow driveway only suitable for a small truck and with no turnaround at the end. Most companies just looked at Google Maps at the destination and did not really grasp the difficulty. Keri, on the other hand was instantly pro-active suggesting he view the entire job. After an assessment of the contents, he drove to the destination and came up with a sound plan how to tackle the job. I hired him on the spot.
Moving day came, Keri and Vinnie showed up bang on time and wasted no time loading the contents. The weather on moving days was appalling with heavy rain in the afternoon. This did not hinder Keri or Vinnie, and they never once complained or slowed. Everything made it into the two trucks (it was a big job and needed a smaller truck for the driveway). It was a huge effort to move our contents but Keri and Vinnie made it look easy !!
After moving the house, they emptied our storage locker in the same efficient manner.
Their hourly rates are reasonable and in line with those of other companies.
I 100% recommend Keri from North Shore Removals. They get the job done!!"

"I contacted a number of removal companies, some instantly ruled themselves out of the job based on the questions they asked. Keri was the complete opposite, he immediately arranged to come to see the job, fitted in with my schedule, visited the destination to check access as well as my home to see what needed to be moved. He gave me utter confidence and I booked him on the spot. His communication leading up to my move was great, and they arrived even earlier than expected and smashed straight into the work. My settlement wasn't smooth, and there was a long delay, but Keri's communication was great and he and Tom worked tirelessly to get everything unloaded and then to the right rooms before it was dark. They then helped us unload a friend of Mine's van, with the same care and professionalism. It was a 10 1/2 hour day for them, without a word of complaint or a glimpse of tiredness. I cannot recommend them enough."

"Keri and Vinny did a great job moving a lot of stuff between 3 houses. Communication was fast and efficient from the start, and so was the move. I didn't quite have everything organised, but it was no problem for them. I was worried I would have to reassemble a lot of bulky things, but they managed to partialy dismantle them just enough to get through a very tight staircase, which saved me a lot of time and effort. "Can not recommend North Shore removals more highly. Moving is stressful but these guys made it stress free- showed up on time, packed and unpacked everything beautifully and carefully and delivered it into the property with care and making sure everything was exactly where you wanted it. I worried about heavy furniture - wooden beds, large chest of drawers getting up narrow glass lined staircase with turns - but these guys made it look easy. They were super careful and didn’t even scratch paint! Amazing! And they even offered to assemble bed frame - bless above and beyond . All this with good cheer and clear timely communication before and after . If you want a stress free move these are your guys!"
