6 months agoTotally recommend this company for appliance repair - Wolf and his helper came and they found the problem to my washing machine which has caused major flooding issues pending an insurance claim for house repairs. It has been a huge nightmare. I appreciate them so much. They were easy to talk to, understanding and I also loved that I could pay the bill right there and then. Thank you once again for helping.

8 months agoAwesome Service!! No wonder Norwest have a 4.9 rating, they certainly deserve it. Booked with the friendly and efficient Rebecca, Wolf and Tee turned up on time to fix our oven, used cloths to protect our floor and sorted the replacement element. Half an hour it was all done. Wolf explained the breakdown on costs and payment by mobile was seamless and fast. Email receipt arrived instantly. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible. Well done the Norwest team. 2 weeks agoNo communication. No urgency. No fix.
I had a technician visit twice for my appliance and now requesting a 3rd time as it not fixed in a span of 2 months. Norwest advised the part needed is out of stock. Multiple calls to chase up on this - No one has phoned me back on an update at all during this process. Leaving me with no fridge for nearly 2 months. They also cannot offer an alternative. They keep advising they will call back however it looks like its the customer that is always having to call for be contacted/updated.
What also seems frustrating is that I needed to phone to manufacture myself to get an update on a part?
Update: Mike (Owner) has reached out and kindly offered a solution which I am really glad on accepting. He communicated well with me on what had happened and what he is wanting to do to resolve this. I had his servicemen out in a couple of days to repair my fridge. It is so far working well. Learnings from both myself and Mike's team was learnt from this situation. Happy with the work and grateful for Mike to have reached out. Thanks -
3 months agoAwesome service from these guys with our leaking washing machine. Communication about the job and price was discussed clearly. JB came and sorted the issue quickly, and it ended up a bit cheaper than expected which was a bonus! Highly recommend 😄
