"Our downstairs bathroom and laundry tiles had cracked and lifted. Until the tiles were all completely removed we did not know if there was issues with water seeping in or what was causing this. Ringo gave us a very detailed quote, and explained that if he found any issues regarding water seepage then we would need to address that as additional which we totally understood. After removing the old tiles and not finding anything that seemed to have caused the issues (other than perhaps a poor job… by the previous workmen!) he then applied a levelling compound plus a much better waterproofing layer than what we had had previously and finished off with a very neat and efficient tiling job. He also checked the upstairs tiled shower for us and fixed a few small areas where the silicon/grouting was failing for no extra charge. The work areas were always left clean and tidy and we have total confidence in the work done by Ringo - would definitely use NOW tiling again in the future."

"I had a leak in the bathroom and toilet which had seeped into some of the floor boards so it was quite a tricky job for even the most experienced tiler / plumber however after meeting Ringo on site and talking through what needed to be done in order to put everything right I walked away with a lot of confidence and that confidence was very well placed, having never met or dealt with Ringo prior I was keen to find the right person for the job and boy did I hit the jackpot Ringo was amazing with… all of his cunning ideas to make things work, his communication throughout the whole process was impeccable and the whole thing from start to finish took him just over two weeks which again I was blown away by given the nature and pure amount of work required for the job. I can not rate Ringo highly enough, seriously this man is the real deal and should I have any further work needed at my own property or any of my friends or colleagues I will not hesitate to pass them Ringo's number"

"Ringo is one of the best tiles in Auckland. I was lucky to have him working on renovating my old villa in Coatesville both last year and this year. Ringo is easy to work with, honest, very professional, knows how to get work done and provided first class work. The villa is just over 100 years old. Last year, Ringo took on renovating the never-updated bathrooms. He found rotten sub-flooring wood and in the frame that need to be changed. Ringo basically rebuilt the bathrooms from framing to… insulation to water resistant gypsum boards to water proofing to rebuilding beautiful shower to tiling throughout the bathrooms. Tiles are even everywhere. He matches everything. This year he completed tiling the back entry of the villa and the laundry room. No one else will have the eye, the know and the know how to deliver better job than what Ringo has. I recommend Ringo and I know you will be as pleased as I am."

"Ringo and his team have done an excellent job to helped us renovating our 2 bathrooms. From providing the quote to the completion of the job, Ringo was very polite, punctual, pleasure to dealing with. He has great communication throughout the job and clean up after every part of the job done. I was very impressed with Ringo when he first come to our place carefully measure our bathrooms and provided very details quote that breakdown all cost involved for our renovation and importantly at very… competitive rates compared to others (I have gotten 2 others quote and they didn't give many details about cost for the job like Ringo). After I accepted Ringo's quote, he also provided a full breakdown work timeframe which made me feel very confident that Ringo is a right person for the job. The renovation was done perfectly, resulting of the bathrooms renovation exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much, Ringo and the team for an outstanding job!!!
