I contacted NZ Spouting after receiving an extremely poor customer service experience with a company via our insurance company, after losing a section of gutter, plus some additional roof/gutter damage, in the April storm.Eventually, after much anguish Tower Insurance gave me permission to seek out my own gutter tradie. NZ Spouting came very quickly to look at my gutter job and listened to my… requests. Their quote came thro' quickly as promised (the same day) and the job was completed EXACTLY on time and as promised.

Their young tradie 'Joseph' was the most upbeat and personable young man I have met in a long time. Even a morning of horrid torrential rain did not dampen his spirit, slow his work, nor his enthusiasm for his job! A rare thing in many youngsters today, I feel.
