I finally rang Gary at PALMWORKS. He immediately came to the house and gave me a quote and a time for the work to… be completed .Within a week the PALMWORKS team had removed the palm. I am in awe of the skill of the arborists . The palm was big and the space was limited but there was no damage to other trees or gardens . They worked together and completed the job including the clean up .My section has never been so tidy .Communication was prompt and direct and I am COMPETELY SATSIFIED with the work done I would recommend them to anyone wanting tree work done ."

Gary and his team did a wonderful job for us. We had 4 palms removed & 6 pruned and cleaned up. The removal was done with absolutely no damage to surrounding plants, walls or the house!

Gary and Cody were very friendly and had fantastic work ethic. They turned up on time and got stuck into the job of removing our two 20m Washingtonia palms. while they were there they also cut down an unwanted grapefruit tree and took away other fruit trees… cuttings I hadn't gotten around to dumping yet.

Gary takes great pride in leaving everything clean and tidy. I was working from home and saw the process from start to finish, including wiping down our outside window sills and surfaces to finish. They left our property cleaner and tidier than it was before they started work.

We're very impressed by the whole experience and we'll definitely be using them again in the future. I've already recommended them to friends and colleagues."

He wasn't wrong either. From the initial consultation through to the job we were impressed by Gary's professionalism, workmanship and overall service.

We had a whole bunch of trees at the back of our section along the fence line that we'd neglected for a number of years that had fully blown-out plus some overgrown branches that had creeped over from our… neighbours. Gary advised the best plan of attack on how he was going to do the job in the best interests of us and our trees, he reassured us that we'd be happy with the end result and he didn't disappoint.

After he'd cut down all the branches he then cleaned up our section from any offcuts, leaves leaving our property and trees looking immaculate.
