  "These guys,without hesitation,swallowed the profit on the vehicle they sold me to get it right.I spent less than 3grand on a 1999 Volvo.2 days after purchase,the immobilizer(which is apparently an issue on these anyway)was the problem .During the next 2 1/2 weeks they have given me a loan car,replaced spark plugs,had roughly 3 .5 hours mechanical and auto electrical work for no charge to me.They offered a full refund of my money without being asked and agreed to go half costs on new key coding… and cutting in a last ditch effort to get me into ,what is essentially,a great car for the price.There was no Caveat emptor mentality here.Thanks guys.DARREN KING"

  "Overall was over the moon with the service i received from John murphy at paris motors.I was put on to him by my father who has brought many cars off him over 20 years. I needed a valuation on my car for insurance purposes and even tho i didnt purchase the car from him he bent over backwards to help me out straight away no mucking around and did it free of charge."

  "Initially enquired about purchasing a vehicle with Stan who was very friendly and most helpful. Couldn\'t have asked for a nicer chap. Later meet John Murphy, Company Owner who was abrupt, rude and threatened the vehicle would be sold if I waited till the next day to arrange own finance. I then done some research on this company and decided not to deal with them, which I communicated to John Murphy via email who then became abusive, insulting and threatening stating he had strong Gang… Connections and that he knew where I lived. This fellow has no place in a modern customer service environment and based on his own admitted previous Police history belongs behind bars... Be very careful dealing with this THUG"

  "Brought a 18 year old Mitsi, 6 weeks after purchase the water pump leaked. I went back to Paris Motors who arranged for a loan can and had a new water pump fitted the very next day. No moaning, just top service - highly recommended."

  "I bought a Mitsubishi Pajero from Paris Motors in Feb 2011. When I test drove the car it did not have a WOF or a Rego, but Paris Motors assured me they\'d get these organsied before I took posession of the car. I paid the money and they took the car off to get the WOF. It passed the WOF @ 5pm. I drove it home and the next morning @ 7.30 am I took it to VTNZ to get a COF (I was using it as a commercial passenger vehicle).

  To my surprise it failed the COF for a broken tail light and… leaking shocks - both of which are WOF items = it should not have past the WOF 14 hours earlier.
  
  
  
  Also it turns out Paris had not registered the car either and despite promises have not reimbursed me for the rego (yet alone the $2000 I had to pay to get the shocks fixed)."

  "bought the car which had issues which were not fixed despite promises.had to take them to small claims to get it sorted.other issues with the car since purchase which would have been apparent when they had the car,such as a flat spare tyre,stuffed battery,leaking radiator and other issues.

  not a good feeling about this deal,and a rude response from them when push came to shove about getting issues dealt with.

  small claims court sorted them.

  not recommended at all."
