"Once again the lovely Dave and amazing apprentice James came to our rescue. WaterCare let us know there was a background leak, invisible to the naked eye but blindingly obvious on our bill.
After checking thoroughly for anything obvious James and Dave came up with the most likely hidden leak source (the elderly pipe connecting the water main to the house). They checked with us for the go-ahead and then got to work digging up the offending pipe and replacing it. By the end of the next day the work was finished and our leak was fixed.
They are speedy, thorough, tidy, reliable and just the nicest people to have onsite.
As a part of their process they also identified a random outdoor tap under the house and checked whether we'd like it capped (yes please!). These guys are not the cheapest but they provide outstanding quality."

"What started as a shower replacement turned into a full bathroom renovation due to damage from leaks and initial poor workmanship. "Logan from Parris plumbing has recently completed a large re-pipe on our 380sqm home renovation. We also required him to convert our hot water cylinders to instantaneous gas. One thing I found with Logan is that he likes to work with quality materials and brands. We ended up going with his suggestions and 6 months on we are very glad we decided to spend the extra on top of the range fittings. His workmanship was of high quality and he worked very efficiently. Honest and reliable and explained any variations clearly so we didn't have any surprises with the final invoice."

"Logan and his team did a amazing job re-roofing my house, it is a old villa with many valleys which made his job difficult, Logan was very straight with what was required and just got straight to work with confidence. "I have used Parris Plumbing few times and they have always done a great job. The last time I engaged them, I had a problem with the water pressure due to the issue with Water Care and Tom from Parris Plumbing handled it for me extremely well. He had not only investigated the problem but subsequently called the Water Care and got them to come on site the same day (anyone who has ever dealt with them knows that it takes days before they show up). Afterward, he also made sure that everything worked fine and helped me to get the full refund of the invoice.
I find the Parris Plumbing team to be punctual, reliable and very professional. I will definitely continue using them in the future and sincerely recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber and wants a hassle free plumbing experience."

"Dave turned up when we expected, was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He offered good advice, and did a fantastic job. Our spa bath wasn't working, Dave sorted out the problem very quickly and fixed it. We are so happy with it now. He also replaced an old shower for us, and my mum is delighted with it.

"This is the fourth time I have parris do plumbing work around our home.Every time they have done an excellent job promptly.On this occassion we had a blocked toilet after a long weekend.Originally we were told they couldnt get there for a couple of days which we were happy with.However a couple of hours later they contacted us to say they had time that day!
I thought it worth reporting that the service is maintained at a high level.Moreover I could pay the bill electronically from the invoice.Very cool!
.Now if I could just get them to run my power and broadband!"

"I rang for a job and was lucky to have the guys onsite 30 minutes later. The job was to fix a kitchen sink blockage, small leak, and sort out a badly installed set of pipes. The guys figured out what they needed to, grabbed the parts, sorted the leak and left the plumbing under the sink considerably better designed than it was to start with. Very happy with the job. The guys were polite and tidy as well."

"We contacted Logan and he agreed to give a quotation and advised that there will be no charge for the first visit.
After we decided to get the job done from another plumber he then decided to send us an invoice.
So be careful of contacting this person/ company as they are deceitful. We will never ever recommend this company for anybody."
