100%"On Friday 27 Jan- the day of Auckland's heaviest ever rainfall-I tried to phone a number of drain unblocking companies to help with a major flooding at my home. Kevin of Pipeline Plumbing and Drainage was the only person to answer. He came to my property early next morning and despite a heavy job list spent a lot of time successfully clearing a blocked drainage pipe and draining my badly flooded basement.

Jerome was thorough and professional and also a pleasant person to deal with. He checked the faucet, replaced the cartridge and tested the plumbing system throughout the property before advising that no leaks were detected. He cleaned up thoroughly before he left.

100%"Who needs a blocked kitchen sink during Level 4 lockdown! I certainly didn't, especially when the bit of plumbing involved meant I couldn't use the dishwasher either. Not having needed a plumber before, I asked for recommendations from the local Neighbourly community. Someone recommended getting in touch with Jono from Pipeline Plumbing & Drainage, saying he'd found the company prompt and reasonably priced. I can definitely endorse that recommendation. A plumber turned up about 90 minutes… after my call, fixed the problem with no fuss (and provided a useful Life Hack: don't put eggshells down the insinkerator!), and the fee was much lower than I was expecting (dreading). We were able to get hold of Jono on a Sunday and he was really friendly and easy to deal with. He organised the replacement of a water pump for my Mum's and tried really hard to make sure that it couldn't be fixed before we spent money buying the new one. He went out of his way to make sure the work was done so that Mum could go unconditional on the sale of her house... Even though he had lots of other jobs on. And then Auckland went into Level 3 again. He… reassured us he would still come and carried out Health and Safety compliance.
The quality of his work was excellent and his communication with me was brilliant at all times. Rapt to have found a plumber we'll keep going back to and will also keep recommending.
